Update: Nintendo Power's: E3 Sneak Peek (Windwaker 2 Not Yet Acknowledged)

Just a little update:

I just got the May issue of Nintendo power, and in it there is a 4 page (38-41) spread of pictures of games that will be featured at this years E3. There were not any Windwaker 2 shots yet, however they did mention that there will be more screnes revealed in the next issue.

I take it the Capcom-made original GBA Zelda still hasn't seen the light, then.

Pretty much confirms it's not happening any more, I'd say. It's been what, two years?

Nintendo isn't going to give shots of their biggest and most epic adventure before the biggest and most epic show. It'd be like expecting DS shots a month before E3 out of the blue.

They only had shots from a few games also, and most weren't anything new either. The spread they had didn't even have anything from any previously unannounced games, and nothing new from anything.

The main Zelda games were always a closely guarded secret, Nintendo seems to be working a bit harder on their showmanship skills. Remember how they announced Mario kart: Double dash by springing it on the press suddenly at one of their private presentations? Given how they don't seem to have any really big releases this year I'd personally expect them to throw alot of weight behind the new Zelda.

It stands for Electronic Entertainment Exposition, or so I've read... somewhere...

I hate it when people write Windwaker instead of Wind Waker, because then it is my name, instead if the name of the game...

Some people just don't want to put in the extra effort required to hit the space bar! Blasphemy! lol

Less than 2 weeks till E3! It's on May 11th, no?

Yeah, it says on the E3 website that the "Expo"(Whatever that is) takes place from May 12th to May 14th. And the conference program is from May 11th to May 13th.

Something like that...

Why are they holding it during the week? seems you'd get less people that way. Or is that there goal?
