Right Handed?!

In the big poster for Zelda Wii, Link is with the Master Sword girl and the hand that he'd obviously use for the sword is empty.

And, it's his right hand. Was it a mistake by the artist? Will he just use a sheild in the new game? Or are they going to make Link right handed?

He's a righty because a majority of people are righty's, so if they use that wii motion plus or whatever it'll be easier to comprehend.

look at it...his back is facing to us, ahh..whatever...his empty hand is his left...but looks like his right in the picture because he isn't facing us.

but he prolly is right handed in game

His back is facing us, therefore his left side is our left side.

There is a shield in the left hand, therefore his right hand is empty. What picture have you been looking at?

Yeah. He'll prolly be right handed--noticed it, but which hand he uses isn't really one of my biggest concerns.

Oh, they made him righthanded to make sure that I won't buy it.

Seriously, why does it matter?

Link is ambidextrous, he uses both hands equally but favours certain hands for certain tasks.

For example, many generations of Link (remember, there is more than one Link) have used their left hand for swordplay

It's the Wii damn it! Most people are right handed, so Link is right handed. He was right handed in TP Wii... oh, and:

Yes. We see that in OoT/MM (can't remember for other games), he uses the Hookshot with his right hand.

I don't see why it matters. It was cool when Link was a lefty because he was different from everyone else. In TP wii he was a righty... however everyone else was a lefty. It still made him different, and it probably still will.

It's no mistake, they've changed Link to a righty. Maybe if we start a protest we can take it back.

I'm sure they'll change it back some day, but for now, he's going to be a righty.

I'm glad he's a righty now. We don't need ******s in the exclusive club known as left handed people.
