I didn't find Majora that difficult, Ganon in ALTTP is another story.

^Majora's Mask, and it's subsequent forms are versatile, however. Despite the difficulty, players can choose to destroy each form in any of the transformation Masks - making it very challenging as a Deku.

Who the hell would fight him as a Deku?

Many people. Fighting the forms of Majora's Mask as a Deku is exceptionally challengeing but also fun; there are actually Deku flowers in the floor that enable the player to do so. Nintendo wanted the player to attempt this.

I've done it with all the 3D Zeldas (not master quest though), and I have died quite a few times

Re: Zelda Wii and a 'broader audience'.

I frankly have never beated MM. The third dungeon was way too difficult, in my opinion.
I really wish the next Zelda has more swordfights. My favorite things about Zelda are fighting Darknuts, and such. I love sword/sword fights. That's why I can't wait until Red Steel 2 comes out, because of the great-looking swordfights.

Re: Zelda Wii and a 'broader audience'.

I really liked the difficulty of the dungeons in MM. And if you couldn't beat Level 3, it's probably a good thing you didn't get to Level 4. It's even more confusing.

And I, too, am looking forward to Red Steel 2.

Darknuts are awesome enemies. Too bad they're not in more games.

I got to and beat level four, I just could never get to the boss in level three.
I love Darknuts. My favorite part was when you rip their armor off and they use lowngsords or halberds.
