I welcome it with open arms.

Bleh, it looks like an early CGI movie from the 90's. I'd say that it looks worse than OoT considering that the footage was basically pure CGI while OoT was real time.

Re: Cel-Shaded Realism

The Spaceworld footage was made to demonstrate the Gamecube's graphical capabilities, it's completely real time. Seeing it now I have to say those it looks like crap, there's none of the detail found in TP and Link looks like he's made out of wax.

I'm more in favor of them building on the style they started in TP. But if they went with cel-shading, I wouldn't want it to be in a realistic. When cel-shading is used like that it tends to feel pretty cheapish. The Wind Waker was good looking because of the unique way they designed the world and everything in it, cel-shading was just a tool to help realize that vision.

I came to realize that myself after posting , but that doesn't help it one bit. OoT and TP still look better and less plastic overall.

Re: Cel-Shaded Realism

Does anyone ever read my posts? I feel like almost everything I say on here gets overlooked or ignored. (yes I know, boo hoo and all that jazz). I was just hoping to see some people talk about it and see what they think.
