Wind Waker 2 pic

Couldn't see this posted anywhere else. Apologies if it has been.

Not a great pic, and not giving that much away either, but it's definatly not a WW1 location.

Re: Wind Waker 2 pic

I'm not sure what to think, the pamphlet being a fake and all, I'm both dissappointed and relieved at the same time, It would have been nice to have a pic to spectulate on, but I'm not sure that I like that didn't see any ocean in the pic. Sailing was a big promotional point in TWW marketing, and if it wasn't featured in TWW2 promo then you can bet it won't be based on the ocean, and will be in some different place, which would stick to Zelda traditiion, howver it would suck, TWW was such a great game that I wouldn't mind, in fact, I'm in favor of having the game in the same, or a similar area, at least on the ocean. And not have the game based in some wierd parralell land are like the majority of Zelda sequals, like MM and LA, not that those two weren't fun, but they weren't what I was looking for in a Zelda game. I think TWW plot was about as much of a change that a Zelda game can go through and still be fun, as far as setting, and story goes. But I guess I'm really over analyzing here, because the pic is a fake, so theres still hope!

There's no way we should trust any screenshots from the game when it hasn't really been officially announced yet.

Re: Wind Waker 2 pic

Well, it has been officially announced, by now. I think it was officially confirmed a week or so ago.

It looked pretty good though, is it just me there was something abit more eerie of the Wind Waker 2 pic than the other zelda games?

Believe it or not, but Donkey Konga will be released outside of Japan. What a bummer the creen was fake, now we'll have to wait for almost a month again to get the first glimps.

Re: Wind Waker 2 pic

I was going to point out that they probably wouldn't actually use the titles "Metroid Prime 2" nor "Wind Waker 2". Then L-o-S pointed out it was a fake. So you see, never believe anything you see like this on the Internet unless you're absolutely sure of the source.

Another way to tell that the pic was a fake? The Metroid pic showed a nice, green outside environment. Metroid environments, generally, are more isolated-feeling, and are usually not so wide-open (well, except Phendrana Drifts).

If you can read spanish If not take the word of GameSpot. Beside that picture was obviously made ot be completely ambigous about where or when it was with no substantiation to the scene.
