What are you more hyped for? Zelda: Spirit Tracks or Zelda Wii?

What game are you more hyped for and why? Zelda: Spirit Tracks or the new Zelda Wii project for 2010?

Zelda WIi for sure. Spirit Tracks honestly looks remedial to me lets drive a train around and see whats out there! Only problem is the tracks only go where people go. I swear I played that game as a kid...

And Zelda Wii! It's gonna suck and we all know it, but its gonna be alright because we are getting used to sub par and par games, so it will be great because of the inovations it'll bring. You'll get dead on a boss and let the game do it for you. How fun is that?!

Not one person, article or ANYTHING has convinced me that Spirit Tracks MIGHT be good. I'm still really unsure about the whole "train" thing.

I'm excited for ZWii, mostly because the fact that it will be the same art style as TP which I love. And I don't know anything about it, which makes it exciting to find out more.

Where do you get the idea that it'll suck? I think the idea of letting the game do it for you is stupid too... But remember, it's optional. You don't have to use it AT ALL! Therefore, it will not take away from the game AT ALL! It will still be a masterpeice, like every other Zelda game...

By th fact that its a Zelda game, which all us Zelda freaks and fans only expect the best of. And the best was arguably OOT or MM 'era. So we compare every game to one of these and we see a piece of junk that might have one or two good parts. SO the second we stop being Zelda freaks and or fans we'll have a great Zelda game...

I totally disagree with you on that, and I bet the majority of the members on this forum will too, but just like everyone else, you have an opinion, and you're free to express it. It's all good lolz.

Actually, I agree with that guy...

OoT was so amazing for its time...and is still considered the best Zelda game by a lot of people. So when you compare OoT to any newer game and nit-pick at it, the newer game loses value and quality.

It's kind of like comparing a book to a movie, ya know? Some people get really angry because the movie doesn't include every last detail of the book.

So with new Zelda games, we have to play them as though OoT has nothing to do with the new game, almost like it wasn't made. We have to appreciate the new game for a game in itself, not an add-on to a line of games.

Youstill haven't stated your opinion. Why do you disagrre? Do you believe that every Zelda game Nintendo has put out has been pure gold?

I'm more hyped for ST, but only because more is known about that game than Zelda Wii right now. xP

Well it's not gonna suck. And just because Zelda OoT was a masterpeice, doesn't mean other Zelda games aren't.

It has Link in it. That's enough for me to buy it.

That being said Console > handheld with zelda games these days

And I'll compare ST to PH. Only way to do it really.

No. Not really.

I'm personally not hyped for either of them. Every post-WW game has been a huge letdown for me, so I'm keeping my expectations low in order to avoid further disappointment.

Im not gonna buy into the hype so im waiting patiently and quietly for either one.



Train cannon

I'm hyped for Spirit Tracks. From what I've seen it looks more creative than TP or PH, which is a huge plus for me.

I might be hyped for Zelda Wii if it were to put out a trailer or proper interview. At the moment we know absolutely nothing about the game, making it hard to get too excited at the prospect of it.

I'm more hyped for Spirit Tracks right now. We still have a bit to wait 'til Zelda Wii comes out so I'm trying not to get too hyped over that one... yet. XD

It's true lolz. I don't know how TP was a letdown. It had motion control, widest Hyrule Field to explore, great plot... What more do you want?

I'm definitely looking forward for the new Wii Zelda. As for Spirit Tracks, I honestly could care less.
