Re: What are you more hyped for? Zelda: Spirit Tracks or Zelda Wii?

Zelda Wii! Definitely! I loved Twilight Princess (I haven't NOT absolutely loved ANY Zelda game), and I'm sure the story will be amazing, and shed some light on many of the mysteries of the Zelda universe! I AM however excited about Spirit Tracks, it looks like a fun little game, I thought PH was a neat little game, and the music will probably be great if its anything like the trailer piece! Wii wins for me because the 3d games are epic and are more fun for me actually, but I love 2d Zelda's... If ST didn't have a train and didn't look exactly like PH, it'd be a closer race... But hey, it will probably be a great game

Re: What are you more hyped for? Zelda: Spirit Tracks or Zelda Wii?

Spirit tracks is another cartooney link zelda game.

I don't like cartoon link.
Either minish link or TP styled link.

But I am mostly waiting on zelda for wii , because it's gonna pwn

I'll stab my throat if ZWii isn't radically different.

EDIT: R.I.P Ganon the King = true Zelda fan

A true zelda fan would accept all games for what they are and not needlessly bash them!

A true fan would not want to see a good series take a turn toward crappy and watered down.

Obviously Zelda Wii is going to be more revolutionary and epic (I hope), but Spirit Tracks is in our immediate future. I'm hyped for both, I guess.

Maybe its because we know crap all about Z Wii, not even its name.

With Spirit Tracks we at least have a good bit of info to get excited over

No fan would want that but what kind of fan would abandon something like that?

Aleitheo you hit the nail on the head. Ikana, Ganon you guys should listen to him and not bash TP, instead focus on the good things it did.

Well, it did go in the right direction in graphics (graphics, not art style), so hopefully TP has paved the way for Zelda Wii to have more realistic graphics.

Well several Wii games have shown they can have really good graphics so since this one won't be dragged down to GC limits, we can expect to see a great increase.

However we know that OoT had a Mediterranean feel to it and TP was Feudal Japan, I'm hoping for something different

I'm pretty sure most will agree with them, atleast those who have played OoT before the newer games... all the games after OoT seemed dissapointing since they lacked the creativity of OoT (b/c they basically copied OoT)

Zelda Wii interests me more, I previously owned a DS, but Zelda titles on hand held consoles have never done it for me.

The only one which copied OoT was TP, all the rest were unique and had plenty of creativity

I still fail to see how TP copied OOT.

In Ocarina of Time: 3 Spritual Stones, Master Sword, a few more dungeons, Ganondorf.

In Twilight Princess: 3 Fused Shadows, Master Sword, a few more dungeons, Ganondorf.

The follow the same template.
