Leaked Zelda Wii painting (High Quality)

^ ROFL! I just imagined Link grabbing the girl by the head and hitting people with her. xD But yeah...she looks like the Master Sword.

This looks to be really interesting. What could Miyomoto possibly have planned for this Zelda title? I'm really liking the art style on this piece though, the brush strokes look nice from up close.

I can't wait to find out more information.

The Link from Wii Zelda reminds me more of OoT Link.
Zelda Wii could be a sequel to MM, remember that OoT Link is taller than TP Link.
This Link being taller could well be the same Link that is the Hero's Shade...but this a theory about a game that won't be released until a year later.

The head is dead-on, aside from the jewel. I'd say it's pretty clearly the Queen Fairy thingy person, in the TP art style, which is where you retcon everything to make it look more badass.

In WindWaker we learn that its a jewel (changes color when you power it up)

Umm..... i posted it, and its not completly baseless.

In the interview with IGN Myamoto told them to notice how sword is missing from the picture. i'll find it in a second.......

I'm going to go ahead and say that, if she's not THE Master Sword, she at least has a definite connection to it.

I think that has more to do with them forcing a new hand-to-hand combat system than the master sword transforming into a character.

Why would it so obviously resemble the Fairy Queen, and why would a plot element established before you or I was born change so drastically?

The parts you noted only bear passing resemblance to the hilt, anyway.

I'm not trying to say anything about you as a person, don't take offense. It's just that the theory has a lot more against it than for it.

*Claps* I missed a few of those. Looks like we got our central plot-character, and lets see, its been 30 minutes since the HD image leaked. Only us zelda fans have these abilities.

On second thought, that picture is a LOT more convincing.

I still highly doubt it, but I think that picture actually gives it a bit of ground to stand on. It's still probably only coincidence.

Damn it, I was just about to make a joke about how the weird blue girl was the Master Sword, but then I see Cirfelo doing the same thing seriously. Fail.

In other news, this looks like...another picture of Link with a weird blue girl in front of behind him. Call me when there's something to get hyped about.
