Re: TWW ending: Can Ganon return?
Ganondorf got stabbed in the brain before he is turned to stone after his last words. He is dead. The King wished on the Triforce to erase Hyrule, dead Ganondorf went down with it without his Triforce of Power piece that he had when he was sealed from OoT. He is gone.

"Hmmm... I know what we could do for his return in the timeline! The Master Sword is just keeping him at bay while his evil cannot revive him while the Master Sword sits in his temple. All that someone has to do is to remove the sword and taddah! Ganondorf will return in a new time to threaten Hyrule and for all blah blah blah..." They've done this in heaps of movies. So why would saying that Ganondorf is completely dead the truth? It's fantasy and a game.

Re: TWW ending: Can Ganon return?
The developers have said it is the same Ganon throughout all games. A number of games, at least, have him being defeated and then returning hundreds of years later; in at least five games (six if you count Ancient Stone Tablets) he is certifiably killed (whereas in only one game he is specifically revived, two if you count Ancient Stone Tablets, and possibly three if you cast FSA as a pseudo-revival).
