NEW ZELDA: LoZ : Spirit Tracks (Tentative title)

Yeah, but there are trains?

A locomotive is MUCH MORE advanced than anything that has appeared in a Zelda game. This can't be the new land that Tetra and Link were searching for...or, at least, this new land can't become Four Swords Adventure and Link to the Past's Hyrule.

If you look at the pictures, you can see that he's actually wearing the green tunic in some points. Don't freak out.

The Battler: True, but seeing how Nintendo doesn't really bother to look at those timeline details as much as fans do, then they really didn't care to stick a locomotive on a Zelda game. Also, just because in FSA/ALttP there weren't any trains, doesn't mean that there can't be trains in this new Hyrule. Not everything has to perfectly go together, you know. After all, when they were making ALttP, they didn't have this game in mind (obviously).

I'm intrigued as to where this game takes place in the timeline... After PH or after TP seems most likely, and both options may result in some major changes of the common timeline theories.

Who says it's related to WW or PH at all timeline-wise? It could be a brand new Link and Zelda.

A friend of mine posted that, and I'm currently asking for his source. He's normally pretty reliable, though. =/

Also, I haven't heard that it's specifically after PH, though.

Now they've officially taken my two favorite forms of transportation and mounted a cannon on both of 'em.

I don't think it'll be DSi-only, especially considering they said they want to "please old fans of the series". If it IS only on DSi, then.... well, I'll be very angry.

Pleasing old fans has nothing to do with systems, it deals with the series.
