NEW ZELDA: LoZ : Spirit Tracks (Tentative title)

So Spirit Tracks is a century after Phantom Hourglass huh.. hopefully its gonna set the grounds for ZWii, which will hopefully be set a century before ST if you know what i mean

I think Beetle (the shop keeper) and the guy who host minigames (in WW and PH) will return. And i think that Jolene's 3d model will be used to create the gerudos (i hope) I also think they will use Zaus model to create ganondorf. (he looked liek ganondorf)

Oh! i also think that "re-incarnations" of tetra's pirates will be in Spirit Tracks.

Anyways, i really can't wait for this game. Its was good to get all these updates on the game in one day. But more will be coming in the next issue of Nintendo Power.
Well, i only saw the trailer and thats about it for me until the game comes out. Don't want to spoil the fun and rant about how the game sucked after playing it

IGN made me so very happy:

One issue was when the game forced you to replay dungeons just to get to the new, unlocked portions of the temple. But in Spirit Tracks, the Tower has an entrance staircase that allows you to ascend and bypass the previously completed portions, so no constant backtracking.

So theres going to be a centeral dungun again- but slightly improved.

Will there still be the time limit?

We assume so. But if she doesn't die, at least her spirit is taken out of her body like a ghost.

She does die, in the first 15 minutes. It is one of the things IGN revealed about the plot.

No, she might not actually die, but her spirit is taken out of her body. I don't believe the term 'die' was even actually used in the game.

But you see, that's just IGN's interpretation- what I'm saying is that we won't know if she actually dies or if her spirit leaves her body until we get the game- IGN isn't quoting the game word-for-word, they are just telling us their interpretation of things.

Hey guys I have been gone from the forums from a while. I've heard about the release date and such for ST but what puzzles me is why does the US get the game before Japan? I can be wrong but I could of swore that japan usually gets it before the US.

Any thoughts?

The Japanese don't celebrate Christmas the same way the Americans or Europeans do. For USA and Europe it is important that people get to buy the game before the holiday. It's just marketing, nothing more.

Yeah I think it's clear that the spell seperated her soul from her body. The plot deatils that I've heard about indicate that Cole plan's to use her body as a part of a resurection plan. That typically works much better if the body isn't dead.

The people who said she died in the first 15 minutes actually played the first 90 minutes. If they were 'guessing' as you claim, then we will never know and it will always be up to interpretation. Or I was right, and she does die.

Crazy idea (and I don't know why I didn't think of this now). Ok in tMC, Zelda was turned into stone. In tWW, Ganondorf was also turned into stone (with a sword through his head, I know). Zelda wasn't dead in tMC, so who's to say that Ganondorf's spirit isn't still lurking about? I just find it strange that they were willing to introduce Mallard and Cole so early on without leaving something hidden as to who is the last boss (like they did with LA, OoX, and PH).
