A more serious Zelda

Now i know zelda has been kinda serious but does anyone feeel there needs 2 b more seriousness like less jokes and more focus on the actual story like characters dieing or characters near death experience or Link feeling guilty for death anything

Considering Link has no dialogue, it would be hard for link to feel regret over it. I mean you could try and do it through facial expressions, or have him let some steam off by destroying something. But again, without dialogue the latter would seem kinda funny.

But I wouldnt mind a more serious Zelda. but there should always be some jokes in the game.

That be cool like guards kill a friend (colin) or epona and his gets all pissed and kills the guys without mercy

Yeah, dialogue would make it more easier to be a bit more serious. :3

Or, you can just throw NAZI ZOMBIES as a hidden level once you beat the game!

Thats what i'm saying make link relize what he has to do MM is what inspired me

Maybe it can be serious to an extent. I wouldn't mind it staying at the same level of seriousness as TP. I actually just want the game to go back in the direction of MM, having a more dark demonic feel to it.

Hell yes, the darker the better. The overall atmosphere of impending doom in MM was one of the reasons I loved it so much. People may not realize it immediately, but dark, foreboding atmospheres and Zelda work wonderfully.
