All I have to say about this argument is that we do not have enough info to call Zelda Wii a great game. It could be great or it could be horrible. We will never know. (Until they start releasing trailers and more info)

yeah, nintendo said that they are making new ideas for the next zelda game, they mean that they are making a great game, but what if the new ideas arent that good, we should wait until some news or a trailer comes out, i think that the next game will be good.

And Double A, don't mind Twilight Wolf. After I came back to the forums, I noticed he is probably the most pessimist person here with a lack of good humor. TW, try to be a bit happier, will ya?

Just because they're not "new" doesn't give you a the right to pick on them for no reason.

Yes, we have to face the fact it might suck. I'm eagerly awaiting for trailers. But yeah, we'll never know for sure until it's released. The TP trailer was awesome, but the game was less awesome (it was great, but seeing the trailer I thought it'd be greater).

Oh! I was starting to think that I was the only one on this forum who liked Twilight Princess, and don't think MM is the greatest Zelda ever.

I think you have some great points. But I do no agree with this. If you want people to take you seriously, and want to conform to the quality standards of this forum, you would at least put an effort. (I'm not rent-a-moding, I'm simply stating a fact)

Unlike TW, I will actually post for a reason other than criticizing your grammar:

I think Zelda Wii will be grand, and half agree to your pattern, but I feel that TP, while hated by some hard core fans, sold and rated very very well. In fact it's ratings matched, and is some cases surpassed, OoT's.

While I agree with your prediction, I'm don't quite agree with your assessment of the past events.

Re: Hope for "Zelda Wii"/I see a pattern

While of course Super Mario Galaxy doesn't guarantee that Zelda Wii will be as fresh and original as OoT for example, it does give us lots of hope that it will.

And Twilight Princess was an awesome game in my opinion- could've been more awesome though, if it would've been more fresh.

Though Twilight Wolf is really sceptic, I think that just might be really good. If the next Zelda turns out to be nothing more than a great Zelda, then he won't be dissappointed too much, but if it turns out to rock our worlds like MM or OoT, he will have even more fun of it, because he didn't over-hype it.
I envy you for being able to stay cool and not be caught in the twister of fan speculation, which could only ruin part of one's gameplay experience once the game eventually comes out.

And OP, even though your grammar sucks and your attitude towards that fact sucks even more, I think people need to lay off a little bit. After all teh interwebz isn't serious business, right?

It's wonderful that people is thoughtful about what they spew out and how other people will react.

Anyways, I've distanced myself from hope and expectations for a game that could very well be the biggest disappointment from Nintendo yet. At least I'd be positively surprised if it's a good game, and not heartbroken if it's crap.

If there's one thing you can know about Nintendo it's that their big games are never, ever crap. At the worst it'll be more of the same, so if you prepare for a conservative game, you won't be disappointed in any way when it turns out to be fresh.

Yeah, well, the good part of being skeptic is that if you're right, you won't be disappointed; if you're wrong, you'll feel happy and have fun. But we should always hope for something better
Seeing what Miyamoto has said, that their after new ideas for the next Zelda and such, I expect it to, like you said, "rock our worlds like MM or OoT".
