Who deserves a spin off game?

In case you didn't already know, Tingle of all characters, got his own spin off game. If Tingle can get one, then maybe some other characters deserve a spin off game. This thread will be about which characters should get a spin off game, and what it would be about. Here's my idea:

Tetra would be in a game that takes place before WW. It would tell the story of how she came to be the captain of a pirate ship. Tetra to me seems agile, so I was thinking that this game could be part platformer, but it would still have puzzles and enemies like any Zelda game.

The story of the game would start off by Tetra's mother giving her the Triforce of Wisdom necklace and telling her to protect it with her life. Shortly into the story, a band of pirates steals the necklace and Tetra decides that the only way to get it back is to have her own crew of pirates. As the game progresses, Tetra's crew gets larger, and she gets a ship that is often boarded by rival pirates that have to be fought off.

Tetra would often go into different dungeons, with her crew helping in any way that they could. Several gameplay aspects from WW such as rope swinging would return. Since she's a pirate, Tetra would also probable wield a sword. The treasure of a dungeon would usually be a map, a key, or some kind of treasure that could be traded for a necessary ship upgrade like a cannon.

In WW, Tetra talked about rival pirates, and I want to know more about them. This game could do just that. It would also tell the story of how Tetra got to where she was in WW. The game would end with Tetra beating the Captain of the rival pirates, and getting her Triforce Necklace back.

If Tingle gets his own game, then I think that Tetra deserves one too.

I think playing as ralph from OoA would be cool.

His sword could be the noble sword

Tetra in a spin-off... that'd be great! Maybe there should be a game with Zelda as the main character too... not Tetra, no, normal Zelda. I know about the CD-i-games, but that's even more of a reason. She deserves her own GOOD game!

But Tetra: the Game would be waaaaay better than a game with Zelda as the main character.

This is kind of off topic, but wouldn't it be fun to have a game where you play a character that isn't the most important character in the game? Kind of hard to come up with a good example, but still...

I would say a Ganondorf origin story that preludes the events of Ocarina of Time. The premise to play as Ganondorf through his life from boy to man and witness the reasons behind his evil acts.

As for gameplay I would design the overworld to be free to explore like other zeldas while dungeons consists of over the top action.

I know there is a fierce diety thread already but, i would like that to be a spin off game where you go and see how majora and him first fought or met each other.

Yah like a game that would explain how ganandorf took power and how he got to be what he is.

That'd be cool, but I was thinking of a game, in which the fierce dietylink was the final boss for link to fight. It would be an amazing battle, which would take all of your skill to just get out alive

i agree. Ganondorf could start out on his jouney not for an evil purpose, but as he gains more power he becomes corrupted by it.

I think that your on to a new game idea

I say to be able to play as a Sheikah in pre-war Hyrule would be awesome. There is so much material and mystery and intrigue built around them already, a game that touches on them has extraordinary room for development.

A ranch simulation game with Malon. Though I doubt it would reach success.

Ralph and Zelda need each of their own respective games. But this Zelda is badass, sporting both bow and sword, and callused, bloody hands with dead bodies surrounding her in every screenshot.

Bowser to me I mean beside taking Peach what else does he do

Uh Mario6464, we're talking about LOZ characters... not Mario characters.

I agree on the Ganondorf idea, I could really see that working. Sheik could work too, but I don't think Zelda would. I can't see her fighting with swords or whatever in a dress. :/

A game that depicted Ganondorf's life before OoT, would probably rated M lol. A game with Ralph would be cool, but doesn't he only use a sword? I can't remember. If that's true, then I don't know how well his game would be. He could always use other items I guess. If such a game came out that did star Ralph, I think some Zelda fans would be saying ,"who?" Still, it's a cool idea.

If a spin-off game was made for Malon, I would have it be a horse racing game. It would feature different Zelda characters like Ilia, Link, Saria, Ganondorf, Midna, and Zelda as riders. I doubt it could compete against Mario Kart games though. Unless, maybe if you were allowed to use weapons and magic while racing. Anyway, Each character would have special abilities, and each horse would have different stats. Some characters would only ride one horse (Ganondorf would ride his black horse. Midna would ride a twilight horse). Obviously, this game would not fit any where within the timeline, and it would not be considered canon because Midna never really meets Malon, but I'm putting them together.

I would like spin-offs as prequels and midquels to already-released games. For example:

- A game that takes place between Ocarina of Time and the Great Flood
- A game that takes place between Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess
- A game that takes place before Ocarina of Time
- A game that takes place after The Adventure of Link

I guess then, that what I want, is a game that Nintendo won't be afraid to sell in the U.S.
