I'd like to keep it medieval/fantasy. Or something like TWW/PH's time period. That was neat, and it fit nicely.

I think something post TP would be an interesting thing to see, especially since the story could go anywhere from that point.

I think playing through the hyrulean civil war as links dad would be cool! the game could end with you escorting link and his mum to the deku tree

Post OOT/MM, that way we can know for sure who Link ended up with as his romantic interest(Zelda, Malon, Ruto ect ect). I would like post TP as well.

Definitely Post TP, possibly Pre-Colonial. I think it would be pretty interesting. I suppose we could also travel back a few thousand years to the Pre-Medieval setting, which could be just as interesting as Pre-Colonia.
