Connecting games

As some us have realized, in The Wind Waker Dragon Roost Island and Windfall Island seem to corispond with areas found in Ocarina of Time. My question is this: Do you think Wind Waker 2 will have easter eggs that corispond with Ocarina? I'm saying like maybe a slightly flooded Zora's Domain, an abandoned Goron City, and even a sea-floor sandy beach-like version of Gerudo Valley, filled with seashells and starfish. These of course are just random ideas, and Nintendo could take it anywhere, but I think that if they really connected the two games it'd go well with the fans. Any thoughts?

Hmmm...I've heard a bit about this before, but anyways....The problem is that SPOILER Since Hyrule was flooded at the end of WW, wouldn't it make sense that all the places you listed be TOTALLY flooded too? As in they would be totally underwater considering how deep the ocean is. I dunno, maybe Link will now discover the red and blue tunics

Well, I admit I haven't beat WW in a while, but from what I remember, the waters around Hyrule were going to drain, and they'd start a new Hyrule... I could be wrong, though. Anyway, Nintendo is still debating whether they should make it on land or sea, and that debate wouldn't exist if Hyrule wasn't drained.

I don't think that it was mentioned that the waters were going to drain so much, remember that the ocean is a very large place, the King of Red Lions didn't even allow you to explore the whole content of the ocean. In OoT there were clearly marked boundaries for the most part. Even it it's on land or sea, I just hope that it makes sense......

If WW2 were to bring back the ocean (hopefully not...) then couldn't they expand the concept to Termina from MM. That would be an interesting spoiler if you don't kill yourself first from all the sailing!!

Hmm... I'd like there to be something to connect it to other games, but not in the same way some of WW's islands are like places in OoT.. I think Nintendo should think of something else, but I don't know what right now lol

On a side-note, from what I can tell...

Dragon Roost Island = Death Mountain
Forest Haven = Kokiri Forest
Windfall Island = Kakariko Village

Also it doesn't make much sense how the islands are supposed to be mountain tops, that would make the whol of Hyrule a giant mountain range..
