WW2 = LttP remake

how good would that be. if they worked it into the story and remade it into a fully 3d world

Re: WW2 = LttP remake

Too bad that it isn't going to be. It's been confirmed that the next Zelda game will in fact be an original sequel to The Wind Waker. Still, a remake would be fun...although I doubt it would match the original.

That would be cool, just maybe it would mess up the timeline...AGAIN! Oh well...we'll see what happens next with WW2.

Well, technically, the next Zelda game is Four Swords+, a sequel to Four Swords for GBA.

I think that we all know that we're talking about the GameCube here.

Re: WW2 = LttP remake

If ALttP was going to be in 3D, wow, I can't wait to see the dark realm, some bosses (such as Trinox, that three headed dragon that can breath fire and ice....that would be an awsome battle in 3D), the first time Link pulls out the Master Sword from the Lost Woods, and many more....

OoT is a lot like ALTTP already, i like like a link to the past as it is. OoT to me plays a lot like id imagine a 3d link to the past.

Re: WW2 = LttP remake

Eh? Four Swords+ is for the Gamecube. Anyway, I don't think they're going to remake LttP especially since they just re-released it on the GBA. Would make things kind of pointless of redundant.

Re: WW2 = LttP remake

Heh, this reminds me of speculation before WW came out that it would be a LoZ remake. I do think 3d LttP would be awsome though. The Helmasaur King battle would be crazy!

Re: WW2 = LttP remake

I buy all Zelda games and rereleases.

I would buy it. But I definitely hope they don't do anything like that, at least not for a couple of video game generations.

Re: WW2 = LttP remake

It would be great!
Alttp is the greatest zelda game, and it beats oot for sure.
But if it would happen, then i would see it in cel shaded style, and not like oot.
Nintendo should hire me, i am the brain!

Technically that is what happened with the special release versions of WW, since it was bundled with OoT and Master Quest as an additional fee. As for a remake with totally new graphics I'd say no, there is only one OoT and the graphics are part of the charm.

Re: WW2 = LttP remake

Most likely. So far, each Link stars in two games each. So, I think it's safe to say that we'll see the Hero of Winds in another adventure. There will probably be a new Link with the next Nintendo system, however.
