Will there be Gerudos in Wind Waker 2?

I thought this because they dissapeared in the Wind Waker. Sure they were in MM, but they were pirates, not Gerudos. I just want the name gerudo back. Hopefully, since its supposed to be land based once more, the creators will restore the desert and Death Mountain etc.

Id love if the Gerudos were back...How..Ev...Er. Many people have been theorizing that ALttP takes place right after tWW. and since there weren't any Gerudos in tWW or in ALttP, this makes me think, why would there be Gerudos between them, then dissapear for the next couple of centuries?

If I remember correctly , Ganondorf said that all the Gerudos besides him died , so I wouldn't get your hopes up for them returning.

There may well be. Link could discover new islands. I think that they should include Gerudos but if they are included then I think that they will be different as all other races have changed.

For all we know, there's a secret island where the shiekah and the gerudo live in harmony..

Just what i was thinking. But is there happened to be a war in the next one, would Gannondorf use the Gerudos or his monsters?

I think Ganodorf is the only Gerudo left, Because Naboouro would of died a painful death by now.

You know, isn't it possible for the Gerudo to intermarry with the Hyrulians? Then technically it's possible for there to be half-blooded Gerudos. I'm somewhat doubtful that we'll ever see a full blooded Gerudo again, but a half blooded Gerudo is certainly possible.

P.S. If I'm correct, in OoT it was mentioned that sometimes the Gerudo's would come into town to find boyfriends. Just a thought...

Yeah, that IS a possibility... half-blood Gerudos, that could work, but I doubt that there are any left.

So, I do not think that there will be any Gerudos in TWW2.

About that whole finding boyfriend thing, i don't think that's correct. Girls probably just go to join the Gerudos. Then, every hundred years, the lead has a boy. Don't ask me how... Oh yeah, and it's Hylians, Not Hyrulians.

Technically, all gerudos are half blooded (or less.) Eventually the gerudoes would breed the gerudo species out of existence.
Think about it.
Generation 1 = 100% (original, 100% gerudo, first cursed.)
Gen 2 = 50% (still mostly gerudo)
gen 3 = 25%
gen 4 = 12.5%
Etc, until eventually, you just arent gerudo (or are a very very very small percent gerudo.)

This would tell me that in 100-150 years, its likely the gerudos children would start being male more often because of lack of gerudo blood. Thus, the gerudos no longer would exist.

Or the curse was broken when nabooru became a sage because the gerudos started to be.... nicer. In this case, there would also be no more gerudos and they died out.

Also the gerudos lived in one of the lowest regions of Hyrule, near the lake and also in the desert. This tells me that they may not have been able to go to a mountain to be on the surface, or that they existed at the time of the wind waker but drowned when hyrule was finally washed away. (Hyrule as we know it wasnt even covered with water until the end of the wind waker, you can even see the world from OoT, hyrule was simply frozen.)

Well there is what i believe to be 3 possibilities.

Actually, no one gives any thought to the fact that it might not be a direct sequel to the WW story-line.

Unlikely that it won't be, because it would have to give another reason to use the sailing based engine, but it could happen.

Gerudos probably won't though.

I severly doubt it, but I personally would love to see the return of the Gerudo. I also wish that the Koroks would turn back to Kokiri, no matter HOW cute Makar is! ^-^

I have a new thought. You know how some people think they couldn't go to the mountains in time? Well i don't really think so. In MM, the Gerudos were PIRATES *Hint hint*. Some guy said that you know, because of the lack of Gerudo blood, more boys would be born. Soooo... I now believe that the PIRATES in WW are descendants of the Gerudos from OoT.

They need them again because I loved the sneaking around. It was fun to shoot them and run past, all the while it was sort of a maze. It was more fun in Oot.

Did the king of hyrule tell Likk in WW2 that before Hyrule was frozen, several people were chosen to make a new world above the sea?

Would it be possible for a few Gerudos to be chosen to lead lives in the WW2 world?

I think even Tetra in WW is a descendant of the Gerudos from Oot (I hate her).

No, she was a desendant of Zelda. I dont see how any Gerudo bloodlines would have mingled with the Royal Family.

I doubt it's the gerudo blood that makes the no boy thing. It's likely a curse, i think i heard it in OoT somewhere
