Idea for the next Zelda game i just made up, your thoughts?

Well with all the customization i mentioned yes thats a good point you have there, but really the market is a place to try to find sidequests in actuallity and the shops are more for if you want a better sword or sheild, and maybe give link some armor but they will still adapt to his tunic/long hat outfit (like the zora armor and the magic armor from TP, but more versions of them like adamantium, steel, ebony, etc)

Was there another factor that made it seem RPGish that i didnt notice besides that?

The class system is really what it made it seem like an RPG. But side quests are always good, and they allow for exploration. These ideas are inspired, and they only seem RPGish, they aren't really.

Any more spam, off topic posts, or posts like "yeah, that's a good idea" and not contributing to anything will result in infractions.

the goliaths sound fierce. I like the battle strategies against them, and the fact that there are many variations of goliath means that you'll need different strategies against each one, which will allow for variation in the game play. Overall, great game ideas, enemy ideas, and other stuff. Keep up the inspired ideas.

Well lets say he loses epona FOR A WHILE and then he gets tempoary horses
another idea is that swordsman trains link a bit on the mountain and helps link make new friends


PS when does swordsman come in and is there any other characters who help u fighting wise

^ i've just had an idea about that, Link could hire out horses from farms he passes upon, and some horses are more expensive than others, and you have an option that sets the horse free, which causes it to run away back to its original farm, until you get Epona back. Feel free to ignore that idea if you will.

you could have a bow, and a crossbow, which is a one up from the bow, but more powerful and easier to use.

This game would be awesome if Nintendo decided to make it.

stealth armour would be an interesting feature, Link gets hired by groups, to sneak into enemies of these gangs home bases, and assassinate enemy leaders. Or, Link has to sneak into a building in the main city, kill off the guards and find something. Proper stealth missions would be good.

What about the triforce should it be in evials hands? FD link i wonder though how do he get out of the mask did the hero of tim release him is he the hero of time and can not die?

1. The triforce is non-existant in this land, but it has equivilant to it that im working on right now.

2. FD was reincarnated in Link after the mask somehow gets destroyed in termina, which released his soul. This allowed FD (named Oni for now) to reincarnate in Link when Link was born, and he's been aging with link by hiding inside Link's soul. The triforce of courage however keeps Oni supressed in Link, but when Link enters Vivala the triforce of courage becomes just an inanimate object because now that the triforce was split between the two universes and their ties to eachother become severed. This allows Oni to begin to emerge in Link and eventually forces himself from Link's soul and he has his own body. Thats about how much I have so far.

Interesting, but I still think the Triforce should at least have some power, even in another world, so it may be weakened, but Oni could still be suppressed by it, just not as much, so it could be preventing him from unleashing his full power, but even though he is not at full power, he still has a lot of power.

After the whole ountain thinng swordsman should show link a secret island
which u drive your new boat to this is where the new tunics and clothes are swordsman calls something(working on name right now)

Very true, but remember, if there isn’t a Triforce of courage in the universe of Hyrule, its no longer part of the triforce is it? tri = three, take away a peice, you no longer have a triforce. I mean it could have power but not enough to keep Oni from eventually freeing himself of the prison of Link's soul, which would be about halfway through the game. At that point Oni begins to take control of the Island of Vivala and the Capital City is overrun and the people are held as prisoners within the city walls, and they are heavily monitored. The emperor of Vivala is murdered and Oni begins to bring force his spawn upon the world. At this point the sheikah send Link and "swordsman guy" on a quest to unite the "Vivala Triforce" (I need to think up its name , its just called the Vivala Triforce because its equivalent to the vivala triforce). The "Vivala Triforce" is the dual greatswords mentioned in the goliath idea, and inside them each of them is one of the two spirits of the two demi-gods that were siblings of Oni, and after you collect the two they tell you of Oni's story, and how they were the only Demi-gods of Vivala. This is a vague outline of what i think of what the story of Oni should be:

The goddess of Vivala (Named Xeves, who at the time was in a mortal form) married the first emperor of Vivala thousands of years ago and she gave birth to triplets, of whom she named Oni, Vila, and Alis, sadly she died in child birth. Oni was always greedy and without sympathy for others, and often picked on his siblings. The emperor was afraid of Oni because of the dark magic he began to abuse through torturing other children and destroying buildings and mountains. He wanted to love his son, but he could not stand by and watch this. He asked Vila and Alis to kill Oni to save Vivala from his wrath, yet before Vila and Alis could say no Oni had overheard this, and dropped down and suffocated his father through his anger. Then he turned to Vila and Alis, and tried to annihilate them. They could not bring themselves to fight back, for their unwanted love for their brother was too overpowering. Instead, Alis pinned Oni down and Vila sealed him away in a mask, which took the form of his face, and they sent the mask through a hole in the universe (which led to Termina), and felt safe from him finally. After which they grieved over the loss of their loving father and emperor, and wished for their mother to come back. But Xeves was trapped in her spirit form, and could only watch over Vivala for all eternity.

Yes or no?

The triforce is named after the fact that is has 3 sides, thats why there are 3, but they are seperate. In LoZ, there were only 2 triforces, the third (incidentally, the ToC) was intoduced in AoL. Does the Vivala Triforce have 3 sides? is it made up of three pieces or more?

I like the back story for Oni, and his 2 siblings.... wait a sec, he has siblings? cool.
