Future Zelda Game: Fan Based
Pretty much what it comes down to is none of you punks know how to code, model or Skin...
-And I'm a master at it.... >.> [/sarcasm] (The mans keeping me down....) But... what would happen pretty much is, we would try to learn Through tutorials and teach eachother what we learned... -Eventually... (hopefully) we would create a community that can teach eachother coding... this will expand... and we might be able to make coding a poor mans craft... and create other games that are enjoyable... We wouldn't need to learn EVERY SINGLE THING... But rather just the important stuff -Movement (Jumps, Running, Walking) -Weapons (shifting animations, Health, hit detection, Blowback system) -Spells (Casting spells, Creating Animations) -Modeling (Good looking Animations, Flowing hair.... maybe...) -Camera-3rd person/1st person (depending on users preference) -Lighting effects-Shadows We can keep on dreaming... throwing out ideas here... Pretty much include the best of the best of our ideas... -Make the single player really long... --Make A multiplayer environment (Either MMO or Matchmaking) ---Includes Races (Courage), Battles (Power) and Puzzles (Wisdom) -Maybe some masks --Feirce Diety, Shadow Link... -Alternate Tunics-Shekiah (Carries less weapons around but can do Prince of Persia Type Feats and is faster) WHat do ya'll think? -Would you be willing to try and learn coding/Modeling/Texturing to make a fanbased game? Something that we can look forward to playing? -And free? <.< PS: We would most likely code this on XNA C#... so.... just letting you know now... |
