Main storyline and temples are seperated + Collosseum

Main story line will decide a few things thats different in the Hyrule world
-The further you get to the enemies castle/destroy enemies the less enemies there will be...
--If you beat the game there will be no roaming enemies around the mainland

Temples become more of a side mission
-Beat them to obtain magic that will make the game significantly easier
--But isn't necessary to beat the game
---But the puzzles in it are more intellectual while the main story is more war oriented

Collosseum is unlockable after you beat the game
-You can kill your choice of numbers and types of enemies that you've defeated the temple for (main story line is considered a temple)

Re: Main storyline and temples are seperated + Collosseum

But temples have always been a part of the Zelda storyline. '

What the hell would you do with out the temples? Go up to the main villian kick his ass and thats it?

One great thing I like about the temples is if done right they have some kind of history behind it. Kind of get that epic feeling of traveling the game in hopes of freeing some ancient temple to free it from some evil. All in an attempt to destroy an evil greater evil.

So what exactly would you do in this game format of yours?

That is basically how I feel. The temples have always been there, even the more annoying ones like the temple of the ocean king. so annoying!! but the game would be dull without being in a temple for about 99% of it.:XD
