Another Wind Waker?

does anyone think there will be another wind waker game? but for a different game consol? I hope there will be a game for the xbox 360

Why would Nintendo make a game for the 360? They will only make their games on Nintendo systems...

As for another WW game, I'm not sure. Maybe... (I haven't played Wind Waker )

Zelda is strictly Nintendo. X-Box is strictly Microsoft. Microsoft and Nintendo are rivals. There is no way that a Zelda game would come out on X-Box. Kind of like how Halo will never come out of Nintendo.

And yes, I do hope for another Wind Waker styled game on the Wii or the next consol. It would be pure awsome.

Nintendo owns Donkey Kong, they just hired Rare to make a few of the games.

sorry but a first party nintendo game will not go to microsoft... if the eventually sign that deal for the VC + arcade mind, that will only really be 2nd party sharing, e.g. Rare.

Hard to say, depends on the contract. Nintendo could have stipulated access or ownership of new material, but I don't know if they did.

I'm pretty sure if Rare owned Diddy, there would be somebig deal made over his inclusion in Brawl.

Yes, sort-of. MCA Universal tried to sue Nintendo for imitating King Kong, but lost because in a previous lawsuit MCA Universal had to prove that King Kong was in the public domain.

Apparently Paon is the developer for current DK games.....

But Rare is still creating games for the Gameboy DS... not that thats saying much...

Apparently because Nintendo owned the original franchies, it still belongs to them...

okay, enough about the Donkey Kong and Rare...

Then Rare would own Crystal from Star Fox Adventures. Yet Crystal was in Star Fox Assult, which from Namco.

Rare got screwed over. Nintendo provided the single, original character ex. Donkey Kong and Star Fox, then Rare came along and built upon that creating everything the series is today (specifically Donkey Kong) but since they are now owned by Microsoft all their work now belongs to Nintendo.

But as for the OP post,

NEVER WILL ZELDA BE ON ANY OTHER SYSTEM. This topic is my noob pet peeve. I can tolerate the "I hae a really good idea an ocarina of time remake!" threads, but these ...

That's the dumbest question I've ever heard. I'm trying to be nice but I can't. If you're a Zelda fan you should know that's Nitendo territory and it ain't gonna be on any other system like.... ever.

Wel... I think that yes.

If they released tWW for GC and PH for the DS, and the GC and DS are 3D consoles, meaning that surely the Wii will have a tWW based story. Either after tWW or after PH, because PH was just a dream or a nightmare or like MM, an alternate world/sea.

No, I think PH was our other Wind Waker game already, I guess.

And like others have said, there's never going to be a Zelda game for the 360 or any other non-Nintendo console.

PS: Yes, Miyamoto created Donkey Kong. Yes, Nintendo owns Donkey Kong. Yes, Nintendo hired Rare to make a few DK games. There are some other characters in some DK games (for example, Conker in Diddy Kong Racing) that are owned by Rare. Does that help?

Oh, there is nothing wrong with them at all! Where else will you find Metal gear Solid 4, Final Fantasy XIII, Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Gears of War, or Call of Duty 4?
