Best Idea Villian For Future Zelda?

Since Myomoto stated TP was the last traditional Zelda we would be playing, do you honestly think Ganon will be back? Zant? Majora? Agahnim? Dark Link? New? I honestly have No idea but new villain sounds like the best bet. Or Zant. Zant was a well crafted character, and I will be glad to state that Zant was one of the best things to happen to the franchise. Majora is the villain in my favoritte game. Him and Zant are both quite alike. Agahnim was just another puppet of Ganon. Ganon although is ultimant power and evil I am rather sick of him.
Ganondorf ~ Absolute Evil
Zant ~ Pure Vengefull Spychopath
Majora ~ Lust for Power
Agahnim ~ Obeying Puppet of Ganon
Dark Link ~ Opposite of Link

If you want someone new, just say so.

I think dark link would be best because he wasn't easy in OOT.I think it would make a great storyline also.The fact that he mimics you makes it a real challenge.

new villain all the way. Ganon could now possably be dead in both timelines (doubt it though). now's Nintendo's chance to make another new ultimate evil

Dark Link - Maaaaaaybe, but I agree that they should have a completely new villain!

uhh he is supposed to be the MAIN bad guy i mean he is the one with the top piece of the triforce if you think ganon is way overused what about link or zelda??

but i would definitely love a new bad guy something new and stuff but just like in tp i want the bad guy not to turn out the main boss but rather the puppet of the king of thieves.

Because Link and Zelda are given fresh new appearances and looks in pretty much every Zelda game. Ganon(dorf)? Not so much. He's the same thing in pretty much every game, and unlike heroes, villians aren't supposed to be used to the degree Ganon has.

In short, new villian please.

zelda never has a really main role, so you don't really get tired of her IMO, but fighting ganondorf over and over, in alot of the same sequences dirves me nuts!

I say bring Vaati into 3D, you know that would be amazing. (can you imagine him in 3D cel shaded toon style glory? He actually looks somewhat intimidating)

Perhaps a new baddie. Dark "main character" is overused. Dark Samus is already taking care of evil alter ego for nintendo.

I say...
-Keep Ganon
-Let Ganon Persuade others by offering them power in his kingdom (Satan offering followers a seat in his New world Order)
-Ganon periodically sends mercenaries after you (He realizes your a threat)
-Ganon tries to take over parts over the temples and convert them into his slaves
--Each temple will fall to Ganon making the temple become a puzzle and a brawl. But if you get there before Ganon takes it over, it stays just a Puzzle.
--Certain Temples will take longer to be taken over by Ganon then others offering a sort of Singular Gameplay if you want to make sure you can access every Temple free of Ganon's minions

At the end
-You have a Collesseum where you can fight all the creatures you killed during your fights with Ganon for Rupees and Fun
-Or you can redo the puzzles/find secrets that can only be accessed by having magic from other temples.

Make the Game Open ended/Non singular

Thats the way I'd like to see a zelda Game made
-Ganon is a good villian. remember; in life, you don't choose your enemies, they choose their victims. Your choice to act from there.

Ganon has potential to be a good villian but he settles for ruleing all, now thats truely a wicked goal however I still find what Majora made Skull Kid do to be alot more wicked because he not only set upon the would-be destruction of the world but he mocked people while doing it. What I'd love to see though is an entirely new Villian with a new goal, although to be fair they are villians and as such have an extremly set of goals.

But what Twilight Princess did was a step in the right direction for me, what'd really love to see is a villian you could feel sorry for but hate. Like how you could feel so sorry for them in the past but hate them for how they delt with it. Ganon lacks that for me.

And good job with this poll but it makes more sense to put Ganon as lust for power and Majora as pure Evil.

It could be a mix of Ganons control and his underlings
-He could have a helper that uses him (this was done to Napolean apparently [Napolean is told how to take over, while a gu in the background takes the country])
-Could have a wild card (Majora) whom he is scared of while at the same time sees potential in using their power for their own goals

It would be like a King and his Dukes
-Each Duke would be interesting in their own way
-Would effect the surroundings in their own way
-When fighting their minions, they would be different

For example
-Ganondorfs Minions-Animals-I would say animals just Because I think Ganondorf should be portrayed as a hyper paranoid Control Freak, that beleives that if he gives humans too much power, they will backstab him. However Animals always stay loyal to their master... so long as they are always weaker...
-Majoras minions-Suicide Bombers (Mock and yet use the Loyal)-You can't fight them with melees, you must resort to arrows/bombs/Boomerangs/projectiles

It could potentially give way to new interesting characters while still Giving Ganon the lead role
-The Quest for power never dies, it only changes. Until Ganon is taught that he doesn't need to take over the world to be happy and be safe, he should continue using his power to destroy and conquer since that is what he believes to help him, and no one has shown him otherwise.

ganondorf is classic man

It would be nice to see Dark Link as a main villain again but i would also like to see a brand new villain with more intention then just ruling the world.

I personally Like dark link, he has never really been a main villian in ANY zelda game, that would be a great idea.

You got it soooo backwards.
Ganondorf is the one who's changed the most in the entire series.

Ganondorf - No thanks. We need a far more powerful villain - for fun, and to show people that you can actually be good without that piece of the Triforce. It's just annoying when heros and villains get their powers from such passive things.
Zant - No, we need more one-a-game villains, and Zant is too good to reuse. He should stay as an original villain, so to say.
Majora - See Zant.
Dark Link - Is he really a character? Always seemed like some spell-created spectre or something, to me. Anyway, a good obstacle but not anything I'd be interested to see as a main villain.
Agahnim - See Zant.
Vaati - Since he has already been used thrice, I want him in a 3D game. He fits as the secondary main villain.

But really, we need more villains of interesting nature.

Ganondorf all the way. What can I say, he's pretty much one of the best villians ever. And judging by the patterns, the next Zelda should include Ganon/dorf, unless it's a sequel to TP, then it shall not include him.

If Ganondorf isn't in, I hope for 3D Vaati or possibly a sequel to Majora's Mask.
