do you think Link will ever join forces with Dark Link

first off,i understand if you think my ideas are wierd...i honestly think those ideas are pretty wierd...but anyways lets catch off to the case...do you think in the future link should join forces with dark link...i mean if you played with both of them the game would be pretty cool...well if this were to happen it would mean harder bosses but i think harder and complicated bosses are fun lol.so what do you think about this idea?please discuss and please dont spam.sorry if this thread is in the wrong topic if it is in the wrong topic,Mods and Admins please feel free to move or close this thread if its a bad topic.thank you for viewing!happy holidays!and please note to vote on the poll

I personally think thsi is a neat idea. Maybe Dark Link has his own moves and items.

Or maybe an item that transforms you into Dark Link, and you are afraid of light from that point

It can only be a good thing if he joins. That would be awesome!!

I dont think link should but......... i think they should bring back oni link and link puts on the mask and joins dark link. also dark link should be Ganons right hand man.

How can they? they are at their core the same person. Yin and Yang so to speak. I do think however they should join souls to be complete. Link should accept his darkness and learn to control it.

Thats what I love about the stife between Dark Link and Link, it's an internal confilct manifisted in the physical world.

In theroy it sounds good, but I don't think it would in a game.

That actually happens in the Four Swords manga! Dark Link is very evil in a beggining, but near the end of the manga he destroys the Dark Mirror, wich is supposed to give strenght to all dark beings including Vaati and Ganon, tough he allied with the 4 Links, it was for a very short time, because without the energy of the dark mirror he couldn't exist...

crap, i hit bad but it would be good for him 2 accept his darkness and learn to control it like samus in corruption

they should make Dark Link play a major role in the upcoming Zelda game for the wii

I think its a bad idea.... but u can do some kind of elaborate story like for a movie....
like dark link took over him and pretty much destroyed the world... and now link comes back (link nor the player know who destoyed everythin) wants to help everyone but they hate him and are scared of him. while trying to find out finds that ganondorf changed him and made him killed zelda and go on with that.....

another one i had in mind... (WAY more elaborate) is... Link becomes dark link...(somehow... still no theory of how) and you do mission to "help" people but at the end u are actually messin them up....but you realize at the end... and with some kinda magical thing u fix it all lol (or some other ideas for ending....)

They aren't exact opposites, Dark Link is Link, but Link isn't Dark Link.

The exact opposite would be Light Link.

I can see that, I guess those would be the exact opposites, but since there is no Light Link, Link is the opposite until Light Link comes along.(Which he won't... it wouldn't work out as a plot twist) At least, the closest to being an opposite possible.

That would be awesome I would totally play that game! especially if you could choose between link and dark link (i'd play as dark link)

EF! How bout if the game was 2 player Co-op online and you both had different abilities!... hellz yes!

I think it could be a good idea if it where done right, I would like to see Link somehow infected with his darker self and later fooled to go and find Ganon.
But when you at the end get to the place ganon is suppose to be you find Zelda and the darker Link sets free and show himself to be Ganon.
Sounds totally stupid I know and it is maybe some ripoff from previously ideas.

How bout a game where ganon curses the master sword and link goes evil for a portoin of the game.
