Ocarina of Time Remastered?

(( Disclaimer::: This is just a raw thought, and I've no blind idea if Nintendo has any intention, or even the slightest notion of it's possibility. I just thought of it. )))

What if Nintendo were to remaster Ocarina of Time? Would you like to see that done? What kind of things, besides graphics and engine, would you expect (or hope) to see changed if they did? And who knows. Maybe ol' Shigeru Miyamoto will receive a "petition from the masses," eh?

I think this would best belong in Future Zelda.

I really don't think it would be a good idea at all. I think it take away from the game rather than adding to it and I would much rather see a new game altogether than a remastered one. Plus don't you think TP comes pretty close to a remastered version of OoT. So basically no they shouldn't remaster it it good as it is.

Yeah. It would take away it's classic charm. Plus, TP comes pretty damn close. What I really want is a NEW Zelda game. One that strays away from the OOT formula, like MM did.

Thats 6 rereleases of the same game. Sure the grafics have barely improved, but still.

OOT is fine the way it is. don't mess with perfection, it usually ends up with bad results.

If i want a new version of OOT, i can go play TP, its pretty close to a remastered/updated/modified, what ever you want to call it, version of OOT.

leave it alone. they should just concerntrate on making new, complete new, games.

People just don't realise it. Your OoT experience is DEAD! Even if they created some sort of OoT Special Edition with extra dungeons or whatever, it still will not bring back that feeling. That feeling only comes when you first play a game, no remake, even if it has very drastic changes, can bring back that feeling. Stop dwelling in the past.

I'd buy it, but I'd prefer a new game.

I wouldn't buy it, nothing better than the original.

If the game was re done with better graphics and better AI it wouldn't be better?

The only worry I would have about it is that they'd add the special sword moves, making the game too easy, but that can be fixed by making the enemies smarter and by giving them more health.

I'm bored ****less of OoT now so I wouldn't be too happy about a remade version rather than a new game.

And the game would be better if it was remade with better graphics etc. so I don't see why people would prefer the original.

People would prefere the original because thats what it is the original OoT so a remake with better graphics just wouldn't have the same magical feel to it. Oh and by the way graphics don't make a game what it is, so it wouldn't necessarly be a better game just because it has "better" graphics.

That would be the best move Nintendo ever made (the worst being joining with Sega).

I would love to see a version of Oot with the look of TP.
