i don't know about a futuristic zelda, but a zelda with a different flavor isn't a bad idea- no one thought wind waker would be as good as it was- riding around on a boat all the time- so what if he has a motorcycle instead of a horse- put him in those 12th century garments and give him a sword and it's still awesome

Well, Zelda was always a sword bow.. kinda thing putting the zelda story into the future would destroy the whole series << i started tloz when i was 5 :] so im a big fan and i think zelda in the future is going to far to soon

Well, that's kinda my take on it. I think I enjoy playing Wind Waker more than all the other games... Though portability has really bumped Phantom Hourglass up quite a bit. LOL

actually Zelda has always been set in old times.Never Motorcycles or Guns.It's like Shadow the hedgehog.Guns and cussing ruined the series.(or so I think and yes I played the game)I agree It should be in a differant place but not futuristic.Sword play and Horses,along with bows and arrows are the roots of The Zelda series.placed in a Futuristic time,Fans would no longer like the series or stick with it,thus Nintendo would lose millions of dollars.The words of a True Zelda fan through and through.

this doesnt look real to me because first and foremost, anyone with a degree in computer animaton could have made that and since this vid was put on youtube in march, i would imagine that there would be word about it by now or if this has been worked on for a year, at least a japanese commercail.

Future!? I know its a fake but, FUTURE thats one thing Legend of Zelda won't have if something of this garbage is ever made..............

A futuristic theme just doesn't go along with Zelda. Not at all. Can you IMAGINE Link with a machine gun? Or maybe Ganon/dorf on a motorbike? It's enough to send chills down your spine.

Part of the whole ambience of The Legend Of Zelda is it's medieval style take that away and it just wouldn't be Zelda so if it hadn't been a fake and they did actually make this then I would definitely would not buy it.

I was thinking it would be cool if it was in the future... Hyrule's future. Link getting a musket.

I would like to see Nintendo do a futuristic game similar to Zelda but not as a first person shooter like Metroid tho.something with a big beautiful futuristic world but the gameplay style of Zelda. give us a little break from the classic Zelda usuals but still with that good old Nintendo flavor.

I would buy it but i dont think it would be the same. and personally i dont think they would make it. unless for some reason he got warped to the future and hes still in his clothes and with his weapons, but even then it would still suck. it would just be wierd. Star Wars yes, but Zelda no.
