Apperantly new Zelda trailer at E3

The final piece of information however was for most of the press the most exciting of all. A final video was shown that left everyone buzzing with excitement.

Sentences flashed across a black screen and faded…

I don’t remember them all or exactly, but they were similar to what I will provide below:

The greatest adventure in gaming

Lands of epic proportions

A hero for all time

A love to die for…

Link then appears screaming for a very brief second before the screen turns black and a tri-force slams onto the screen and smashes in to pieces.

If the character model used for Link is any indication of where this series is headed, expect ultra-realism, grittiness, and a very dark feel."

Im not saying its real, but theres a high chance it is.

What gets me most about this, is 'A love to die for..' This gets me excited more than anything. Knowing Link is now properly emotionally involved in the game, fighting for his love.

Thoughts?

SSBB Rocks and i cant wait for it! Metroid prime 3: curruption Rocks also and looks great! i cant wait for both of them to come out!

Yeah, I didn't start this thread to talk about other Wii games really, just the Zelda teaser trailer.

I can't wait until E3 comes around, then. I guess I'll get all of the 'Big Three' games eventually. But what I'm waiting the most for is the new Zelda trailer. It sounds to me like it will be one awesome game.

What do you think? Will Zelda Wii be released in 2008 or 2009?

This sounds sligtly exciting, don't suppose this might mean a 2008 release? You never know though. If it's actually real that is.

Wow...Link fighting for his love...

That'll be so cool if it happens in the game, especially if the love he's fighting for is Zelda. Too bad it says there are only rumors, which means there's a chance it won't happen.

Cant wait for E3. Interesting tidbit. Wonder though... if this is real, what is the "love to die for"? Could be Zelda, some other girl, Hyrule, something else... who knows...

I'm more fond of 8/16-bit games: SNES and NES.

It doesn't sound totally unbelievable...like, nothing of what the guy said seemed to be BS... I'm trying to convince myself here though

Yeah, I agree with evilive. It doesn't sound unbelievable to me for a second. I mean, how can something as epic as Link screaming just before a shattering Triforce on the screen with Link having a love to die for be unbelievable?

I want to see proof that it's fake.
