Zelda needs free form fighting
TP came very close to something like this but fell short. I've heard people wanting Nintendo to improve the combat system, and I believe this is the way forward. If you are not familiar with what I am saying, if you've played any Prince of Persia games, espeically Two Thrones (or Rival Swords, as its known on the Wii), these are perfect examples of Free Form fighting systems done very well. For the next Zelda, I would love to be able to seamlessly link together complexed sword combo attacks.
What do you think? |

Re: Zelda needs free form fighting
it could be possible as it will be a proper wii game not tacked on.
you meen not just the same attack, free flowing right because this one may sensor every move

Re: Zelda needs free form fighting
I don't like Prince of Persia that much. It's ok, but I don't want Zelda to be like that. Zelda isn't a brawler or anything, it's about exploration, and using different items. I think that combat could be improved, and made more challenging, but I don't think it should turn into a game where you fly around cutting off heads and linking up 49650 slashes before screwing up by tapping a button with the wrong rythm. Link's only human.

That would be an ok idea but not to much like prince of Persia, I think they should just make the combat more challenging like lordandyofx said.
