¿Would you like Nintendo to kill Ganondorf forever in the next Zelda?

I mean if nintendo makes a stronger enemy, more powerful than Ganondorf then they can kill him and start with another now that some are getting bored with him.
I've been thinking about a storyline, a Zelda of two discs, one in which a war takes place, in the first disc Ganondorf is trying to get the triforce by searching in every place of Hyrule , and he has an army commanded by some kind of powerful helper that destroys every place in where they look for it, and Hyrule habitants are tired of this, so gorons, zoras, common people and maybe other races make their own army against the one of ganondorf so a war takes place in the big field. Imagine Zelda with a white horse and link with Epona are in front of the army and Ganondorf with his helper are leading are in front of theirs, they start running and the battle begins, after killing some monsters link and ganondorf start a horse fight, their horses start running towards ganon's castle and they get in there they start a swordfight (here after you fight for some time againts him with real controls I imagine then the sequence shown in spaceworld but improved) after this ganondorf throws link to the floor so he let go the master sword then he try to kill him by striking him with his sword but soon his helper betrays him and kill him with the master sword, he explains link that he was helping ganon because of all the power he was going to recieve, then they see through a window un the castle the battle on hyrule field where now there are more monsters of "ganon's" army than of princess Zelda army (here can be the end of the first disc).

In the second disc ganons helper gets more and more powerful so is now controling almost every part of Hyrule.

That's all I have thought of I've never invented an end for it but this is the way I imagine that Ganondorf should die if he ever dies, so what do you think?

Actually, to be completely honest, I'm sick of Ganon(dorf). I would not complain at all if they kill him off and never use him again. He's just not evil enough anymore. Now Majora, that was one evil bastard.

Nah, they should leave it kinda final, but so that, if they want, they can bring him back. The odd nod to the past is good. Or perhaps he could be in the next game but not be the main villain.

What you described was basically the average Zelda fan's dream of a battle with Ganon. Except for the servant betraying him. That's an okay idea, but it should always be the hero who kills Ganon in my opinion.

Re: ¿Would you like Nintendo to kill Ganondorf forever in the next Zelda?

No, I don't want Ganondorf to be in the next Zelda at all. I want Zelda Wii to introduce a new villain that has no connections to Ganon or the Triforce of Power whatsoever.

I think that Nintendo should be more creative with the next Zelda by trying a lot of new things. A new plot is probably most important since the same old 'classic' story is really getting old. I think that Twilight Princess should be the official ending to the "Try and Re-create Ocarina of Time" saga, and Zelda Wii should be something completely new.

No Ganon. No Triforce. No Hyrule. Pull a Majora's Mask and do something that is fresh and mysterious while still having that Zelda charm. Referances to the Sacred Realm or the three goddesses would be fine, but the story should not revolve around them. I think the whole Triforce saga to the Zelda series should take a dirt nap so there will be room for more creativity.

I kind of like TSA's idea of rebooting the Zelda franchise with Zelda Wii. If not a reboot, I'd like Nintendo to introduce a new type of super force to completely replace the Triforce with something new. Of course, references to the Triforce (like Majora's Mask) would be fine, but, like I stated earlier, the plot should not revolve around the Triforce to any extent.

Re: ¿Would you like Nintendo to kill Ganondorf forever in the next Zelda?

Well, I suppose it would take a timeline theorist to mention this...

Ganon (human and beast forms) have both been killed.

Human in TP and TWW
Beast in TP and ALttP

All other games come earlier in the timeline so long as they involve ganon.

Personally I hope they keep bringing him back. Just make a few story line changes.

And have Vaati or Zant take his place? Neva! ganondorf is seriously cool. Vaati and Zant are stupid and simple. I say no.

Re: ¿Would you like Nintendo to kill Ganondorf forever in the next Zelda?

I will admit to being horribly sick of Ganondorf. It was a total letdown for me when I found out he was in TP, and It'd be more of a letdown if I have to "keep on" fighting him for gawd knows how much longer...

Honestly... can't there be any other evil in Hyrule who would thrive to attain the Triforce? Ganondorf wanting it for centuries and centuries sort of makes it seem repetitive.

Re: ¿Would you like Nintendo to kill Ganondorf forever in the next Zelda?

I'm kind of torn... on the one hand, Ganon is a completely awesome villain. On the other, he was kind of boring in TP because you didn't seem him much, and he is getting old. I don't think Zelda needs to kill any ties to Hyrule, the triforce, etc. But maybe another Majora's Mask, just a very different game might be good. I voted "no" because I don't like the idea of Ganondorf never coming back. He might have a good triumphant comeback if they made several games without him.

There's another thing! The triforce!

Would Miyamoto really throw out Ganondorf and give the Tirofrce of Power to someone else?

I agree with you maybe Nintendo can make some games without Ganondorf and then put him back again

I think it would be kind of cool if they didn't put him in the next few Zeldas and then brought him back with a vengeance! So, it's not a yes or a no answer really.

Agreed .

He seemed almost like an after thought in twilight princess, to be honest. He wasn't around at all until the very end, and he seemed so out of place in that game.

I wanted to kill Ganondorf in Twilight Princess, the final good old Sword to Sword showdown. I just wish they made the ending better. Ganondorf will come back....again. Zelda is starting to remind me of Pokemon, which is gay.

Re: ¿Would you like Nintendo to kill Ganondorf forever in the next Zelda?

NO! They started out with Ganondorf as the original bad guy and they should continue with it throught the WHOLE series. Yes, there should be a handfull of games that have one time (or couple time) villains like majora or vaati but Ganondorf should remain the majority.

Plus he has the triforce of power so he completes the whole thing! If he is gone then there is either no triforce of power, it goes with him in death, or Link or someone gets it. Either way everything is screwed up.

I have thought it'd be cool FOR ONE GAME to have a villain that steals the triforce of power from Ganondorf so he's less powerful (and possibly joins link in the process) but not take Ganondorf completely out of it.

Yes I'll agree he MAY have seemed out of place but I overlooked that based on I HATE ZANT! But how often really was he seen in OoT or WW come on! Yes in both games you see him once or twice earlier in the game but he's still not like most video game villains where you like see cutscenes of them plotting and talking. I would hate going game after game without Ganondorf in it but like 2 maybe 3 without him and then him come back and be AWESOME in a game may be ok.

I would like to see Ganondorf be part of the story in the nest game but not the final boss.

Keep Ganon(dorf)! He's as much a part of the "legend" as Link or Zelda. I will say this....they need to start making him much tougher to defeat. The battle in TP was borderline ridiculous for an end of game confrontation.
