When does it comes???

I'm not sure when TP comes, I've heard many times it comes in nov for the Wii, and Des on the GC. But does that only mean in US, or is it in europe too?? And what day?? just wonder, (I guess it's probably a stupid questions XD,, I should have known better, after all I've waited some years by now XD hahah)..

( I was thinking about get the Gc V. but now the wii is starting to sound tempted. Ahhhh! XD)
