No magic meter?

Has anybody besides me realized that there is no magic meter in Twilight Princess? I guess that is a first, They must have trashed the old idea.

I hadn't noticed. But it's good if they have a new idea for magic. The old system was too basic, and that I found basically boring.

yah there is if you saw some of the vids of link going through tunnels from his village he has a latern and theres a magic meter for it.

I just bought the strategy guide and there is no magic meter in TP. There's also no elemental arrows (fire, ice, light). The lantern uses fuel, not magic.

oh my bad.

Hmm then prehaps there is no magic, at least not in the form we are used to? or does TP concerntrate on weapons that dont have magical energy draining powers, like in the games of old.

The enemies get fire arrows and Link doesnt? How crappy is that?

Also the FSA didnt have a magic meeter.

link gets bomb arrows so thats good!!

That woudn't make any sense because of the gale boomerang, who after holding on long enough will glow bright green and form a tornado....

Unless this manouver doesn't take magic and can use it as many times as possible?


Oh also technically link does have fire arrows...seeing as you can combine weopons now

Which in my opinion is the best part about this game

Crappy? o_O He obviously gets some upgrades for the arrows atleast.

If there was a magic gauge, surely the manual would have at least mentioned a magic gauge or tell how to replenish your magic.

That screenshot is from one of the trailers, its a creature that picks wolf Link up and carries him off. It's not under water.

I also have to say I'm shocked that there is no magic meter. I guess that helps to make it more realistic.

Does this mean there will be no magic spells?

prehaps they arent quite like they were in previous games, if they exist in TP.
