PH Placement

Now I know that Nintendo's said that PH is after TWW, and this seems logical, but what did they mean in that one post on the front page? It was an interview in a german magazine (I think) about TP but the guy said that the only connection to TWW that PH had was graphics. Now, has this been said anywhere else, or is that just a screw-up? Sorry for being slightly unspecific, but I don't remember the exact article. I know it was a while ago, if that helps...

Apparently, that's correct; but you never know what kind of changes may be made this early in development.
