Interesting IGN article posted today

If you go to that link you will see a very interesting article. It states Nintendo released a document and it could have the Wii release date on it. I can't really explain it so you have to go to the link and read for yourself. It also mentions Twilight Princess. So what does everyone think about this article?

theres nothing special about it...its just a big summary of the stuff we already know about

^No, that's what I thought originaly, then I realized that it's an incrypted message. They state at the beginning that there may be the launch date in tyhe text.
Now everyone, get out your da vinci code skillz out and read it. I printed a copy of it and realised, THE LAUNCH DATE IS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 6th!!!!!!!!!!!!
After carefully analyzing it I came up with this. I will post my notes later.

excuse me, but i dont appreciate your needless accusations of my so acclaimed "poor reading skills"....dont go there with me..

first off, for there to be an encrypted message is pretty poor...they didn't even finalize that there could be one...

yes i did read it....and there is nothing significant about it....its probably a junk article to get you hyped and excited....

the stuff on twilight princess isn't even important...big whoop

and how did you get november 6th? thats pretty stupid, market wise....think about it....if final fantasy V and elite beat agents games are going to be announced on the same day as wii, then they would have poor profit due tot he new system launch...those games would be compeltely shunnded due to the new release of the wii....

why launch gameboy advance/ds games on the same the wii comes out with which will grab far more attention...get my drift?

Nintendo wouldn't suggest that there press release was encrypted with a release date if there wasn't one. It's there somewhere. You just have to decipher it.

this is from ign, not nintendo... nintendo smply showcased the release dates for upcoming portable games

and like i said, the whole market strategy wouldnt work well....nintendo know market strategy (or at least better than that)

the wii release date news is most likely filler...is nothing important

No the article is from Nintendo and IGN posted it. Gamespot has also posted it. Nintendo themselves said it could be encrypted NOT IGN. By the way...Gamespot and hyrule.net both have posted this information as well.

I say the Wii is coming out between November 14th and December the 3rd.

.. your logic doesn't follow... your practically saying that because FF is released on the 6th, so is the Wii, and then you include the 2 november games listed, and the 2 december games, but you refuse to include to 5 october games, as well as the 3rd november game(FF).

It's times like these that I honestly believe that Nintendo executives come up with what to say for their news-announcements while playing beer-pong.

First, I just use the 6th in there as a sign that nintendo put the release in front of our eyes.
Second, I used the numbers on the page that i could use to add up to 11 and 6.
I didn't use the extra game because it wasn't on the list, and I think they meant to do that.
Also Nov. 6 is mentioned twice, so i think it carries some significence.
