Are any of you starting to lose your excitement about TP? For a little while I lost my excitement. I still wanted to get it, but it wasn't as exciting as it once was. Probably from all the waiting, and plus I think Nintendo has released too much information about TP. But for the past couple of months I've started to get more and more pumped about TP and now my excitement is back.

Re: Losing Excitement?
Hell no! It's Zelda, I can't loose excitement. If I want to get hyped, I just watch all of the trailers, gamefootage etc.

Re: Losing Excitement?
Erm, they hadn´t revealed a lot of information since E3 2005, just that it will be playable in Wii, and that´s it. The other information isn´t relevant. Just the new artwork. Well, maybe that Midna is your "shadow" also. And that the twilight is now bright... and not grey... erm, maybe it´s not that little information... and, erm... gah!

Re: Losing Excitement?
Ok, I'm going to say this for the last time. Twilight Princess was never said to come out in April! They just said sometime after March. Everyone just assumed, "After March? Oh, April. It must come out in April."
Oh, and I haven't lost excitement yet. Ezzlo's post kind of says it all.

Re: Losing Excitement?
I'm not as excited as I used to be about the game. I suppose I've been waiting so long, I've lost some interest in the game. Instead of just being excited about one game and one game alone. I'm excitement has varied to different games now (SSBB, MP3, Super Mario Galaxy, Gears of War, etc.).
I'm sure I'll be very excited while I'm waiting in line to actually get the game

Anyway back on topic, all i do when i go on internet is search for new TP information. If there isn't any, i just rewatch the videos and look out for any clues. Thats what i do to get my hype up...

Re: Losing Excitement?
Even though the information is scarce at the moment, it's kind of hard to lose excitement about this particular game after everything I've seen so far. The last trailer showed (even if it was only briefly) so many wonderful things and opened up so many new possibilities that just by watching it over and over again, hype builds up to its peak and I hear myself saying: "Just a few more months to Q4!"...

Re: Losing Excitement?
Actually, I was considering starting this thread too a while ago, when I myself lost excitement. That was after watching the last E3 Trailer (with the jap holding the Wii-remote, and Link with his ceiling-thing-boots). It sucked, the dungeon that was showed was totally not zelda-like (and I dont say that very often) and the enemies moved excectly the same, what made it look like they were just copy and pasted in (if you know what I mean
) Stupid reasons, I know - But I was done for a while with zelda after that. I didnt vistited the forum for two months. But after reading another preview in a magazine, I got a little bit of the feeling back and vistited the forum again. Where I found a thread with new artwork (the goron and the town with the old lady), that little details just brought my whole zelda-feeling back, and since yesterday - I visit the forum again and just cant wait to play the game

Re: Losing Excitement?
I havn't really lost exitement. It was just, erhm... taken over, by MP3. But that could be a good thing too. I mean, you don't really need to be exited. As long as you enjoy it when it comes.

Re: Losing Excitement?
It's like FSA: I'd been waiting for it for ages, but the release kept getting pushed back again and again, and I just lost complete interest in it until I bought it. That's what I'm feeling with TP at the moment. But I'll get double exitement when I get it, you know why? I'm getting both GC and Wii versions! W00T!

Re: Losing Excitement?
I am ashamed to say I have lost most of my excitement for this game. However, it will be back in full force come October.

Re: Losing Excitement?
I have to admit, at one point, I honestly thought to myself "Have Nintendo lost the Zelda feel?" It just started to spiral out of control. E3 2006 didn't help either.

Re: Losing Excitement?
DAMN NO!
I'm more excited than ever! I'm even more excited than when it was first anounced in 2004 (Wow.). I'll tell you why your losing steam: looking at photos and videos. I vowed not to look at any new videos/pictures back at E3 of 2005. This choice leaves a lot to my imagination; therefore, creating a hyped-up state of mind.
