WARNING

I've been reading about Midna..alot and then all of a sudden i cross a thread saying that Ganon/dorf won't be the main boss because of information from nintendo saying he will be in the game but not playing his usual role...well ([ spoiler]i think Ganon/dorf is Midna and whatever is causing the Twilight Realm is more powerful than Ganon/dorf so he is made into this tiny form so as to not cause any trouble but Ganon/dorf would help link inorder to regain his former power because he knows that Link is the only one who can stop this *thing* so thats how Ganon/dorf isn't going to play his usual role instead he will help Link [/spoiler])

Interesting idea. I think that actually could work. Ganondorf was turned into that little lifeform that Midna represent just to not make any trouble for the main villian.

Well, what about Zelda? Her alter ego was a male. So, Ganon copyed her, maybe. But, I think Midna, is just Midna. No Ganon.

Zelda knew a bit too much anatomy. However, Ganondorf's from a race of women, so he's sure to know some, er, anatomy.

Some of the game play videos showed Midna and Link working in unison which makes me think it's not Ganon. And outside the Twilight Realm when she appears as Link's shadow she has a very cutesey look about her like the talking rock that Tetra used in WW. There's just no way that Ganon could get away with acting that fruity. :confused:

Ganondorf could as well be hidding in some place waiting that Link get rid of that "*thing*", so he can show himself again to the daylight, or should I say:

"To the Dark night."?

I agree with Wolf_Godess. Midna is just Midna.

When Midna appears as a shadow, it isn't the TR so Ganon would be Ganon again, not Midna.

I've never said it's the twilight realm that's making Ganon into Midna I said whatever made the twilight turned him into Midna. possibly a new powerful dark whatever that fears Ganon and turned him into this so that he wouldn't pester him

Midna its just Midna .. a new and mestyrious character in zelda ..that's it.

I've said it before in various places, but I think Midna is working for a new evil. She has her own motives, and she's "helping" Link so that she achieves it. Ganon I think is still floating, walking, who knows in the Sacred Realm, and when he realizes somebody else is trying to take over HIS Hyrule, he'll form a temporary partnership with Link so that he can get his land back. Midna probably won't be too happy about it.

You people look too far into things, and engage in far too much baseless speculation. The answer to the Ganondorf question is quite simple. Pay closer attention to what is said in The Wind Waker and you will discover that

Ganondorf is most likely in control of the Twilight.

From The Wind Waker:
"Once, long ago, this land of Hyrule was turned into a world of shadows by Ganon, who sought to obtain the power of the gods for his own evil ends. My power alone could not stop the fiend, and our only choice was to leave the fate of the kingdom in the hands of the gods... When the gods heard our pleas, they chose to seal away not only Ganon, but Hyrule itself...and so, with a torrential downpour of rains from the heavens... Our fair kingdom was soon buried beneath the waves, forgotten at the bottom of the ocean.

Yet all was not lost. For the gods knew that to seal the people away with the kingdom would be to grant Ganon's wish for the destruction of the land. So, before the sealing of the kingdom, the gods chose those who would build a new country and commanded them to take refuge on the mountaintops. Those people were your ancestors."

No, Hyrule being "turned into a world of shadows by Ganon" does not refer to OoT, because this quote references the pre-flood events. We know that Ganon was sealed away in OoT, and that he has probably not escaped in the decades since OoT's end, when TP begins. This quote from the King of Red Lions says he turns Hyrule into a "world of shadows" again, which probably will be connected to the spreading of the Twilight.
