I was going over the old trailers again..and u know in the first one where it says "and as the light fades, will the hero rise up AGAIN"...that makes me think again huh? so isnt it possible its an old Link we have already played in a past game?...not just "another" hero

You really should put a lot more detail in your posts - the trailer you are talking about is probably the Ocarina of Time trailer, that's the one that has the "Will the Hero Rise again" to my knowledge.
And in regards to that line - I think it's nothing more than just to add a little drama to the trailer.

no im talking about the TP trailer actually...the 2004 trailer check it...right when the fire guy rises up u know or w/e

Again same thing, just for dramatic effect - it seems to be trying to put the World in some given peril, then rhetorically asking if someone will stand against it.
