New Nintendo Mag-UK

Hay Guys

I just brought the new Nintendo Offical Magazine, and i know some of us have been talking about it so i thought we could share our thoughts on the new look:

I like it per-say. It looks snazzy enuf and after a quick read through of this and that it seems to contain ALOT more useful information then the last. Thiers ALOT of detail on the Revolution, the DS lite and TP.

Just to put a few minds at ease TP will be a Gamecube AND Revolution game, and hopefully it will encorperate the use of the revolution controller. 2nd its not gonna be relaased anytime soon I BELIVE. This is the feeling i get so take it with a pinch of salt, but probably looking at after the summer i guess. People dont start moaning at me saying after Q3 or b4 Q4 for whatever cause i dont know when these timescales apply 2. Im just re-iterating what i've read.

Thats all for now: But the new mag looks good, but some of the comdy seems to of been lost and the team dont look AS intresting as the last lot but still seem ok.

Oh and thiers going to be a DVD with the next issiues... dunno if this is gonna be a regular occurance, but if anyone loves Nintendo (I know i do) then i would suggest that you start buying this magazine.

I read their artical on Twilight Princess where they lied about having exclusive info on it. It sounded like it was written by a 9 year old boy. Not to bash the mag, but it is probably one of the most unprofessional magazines I have ever read. Of coarse, I am judging them off of one article, but that was enough to make me hate them.

I've heard alot of good comments about the new 'NOM or 'ONM' by people at Revo-Europe.com

Well Ive not got it yet but I bet its not the same with new wrighters. I grew to love Tim and the gang and was sad to learn they'd go.

After reading through it, i can't help but compare it to NOM, i've been a NOM reader for 13 years off and on, and the new mag is just too... ... too... white and clean, i miss the "toads tips" and "Big in japan"
but i'm going to give ONM a trial run, if i'm still interested even after the free DVD and TP "secret" their going to reveal in March, then i guess i'v just found my next source of news on all things Nintendo, but they gotta get rid of the white pages, it hurts the brain! :moodswing

well...nom is over now!
i got an issue
saying it was over for good
and are bringing in a new magazine!
i loved NOM aswell, it was the only bit of pleasure i got in my life!
now its IGN

Are you sure you are talking about the new Nintendo Official magazine, or are you confuzzled with NGC (the one that claimed that the Revolution had the Twilight Princess excusive)?
Anyways, I haven't had the chance to get the new magazine yet, but I hope it is more 'serious' than the previous incarnation, as much as I loved the old issues, they got a little too deviated from thier topics with little quips that really went on to say nothing about the game they were reviewing.
Just hope the new bunch of writers are as loveable as the old bunch (reminices when Tim Street first joind the magazine, and weeps with joy, how he rose to become the Editor).

No. I am talking about the Official Nintendo Magazine.

Yeah the whole Elf thing wtf?? And they said that the horse in TP WAS Epona... Do we actually know that?? Did i miss something?? The conversion is ok but i do miss the old team> LIke Sick Boy said> A Trial Run it Is

NOM can never be replaced. It was hilarious and offered the best Nintendo news. It also had a excellent design and layout, Dan's covers were amazing. I was gutted to here the news in the last NOM as it was the only thing that I looked forward to each month.

I doubt it's an April Fools joke, mainly because the final issue of NOM came out in January.

yes but when it gets to april it will say
APRIL FOOLS!
