A New Game Boy Zelda?!?!?

It seems like some GBA games are still coming out. Do you think there's a chance a New Game Boy Zelda game will come out? I hope that's the case because Miyamoto said TP would be the last game as we know it. I hate to see a change in zelda right now.

I heard of a game for the DS (not really a game boy, i know). It's just a rumor like pokemon Pearl and Diamond. your right, i don't want a complete change iin zelda. At least not for 2D.

My opinion, when it comes to any Zelda games in the future (meaning after TP) it seems like there's going to be a new one every 1-2 years (I noticed that pattern happen after OoT came out).

Since the DS and Revolution are the latest gaming systems from Nintendo, I honestly think the future will be held with them. Since it seems that a 3D Zelda game comes every 2-3 years, I don't think we'll be seeing an actual Zelda Revolution game until 2009.

I'm sorry for the rambling, but all of this comes to a point. I believe that the next Zelda game (after TP) will be for the DS, since it has been out recently. Plus another theory, it seems like every system (on average) comes with two Zelda games. Since the GBA already has FS and tMC, I don't think there will be a third (but I could be wrong).

Where did you hear that? Nintendo will make more Zelda games. Tp is the last game for Miyamoto. He leaving the Zelda to do other game in nintendo.

I agree with BigGoronSword in that the next Zelda will be for the DS, probably that Tingle RPG. Although I do think we'll see a Zelda Revolution by at least 2008, but I may be too hopeful. I hope they'll make one for the Advance/Micro in between the DS and Revolution.

The last Zelda AS WE KNOW IT, not the last Zelda period. Miyamoto's leaving Zelda? I didn't know that...

I also think its actually comfirmed. Correct me if im wrong but, hasnt Big N said numerous times something like this "There are currently two Zelda games beeing developed, TP and a DS game". Well, as i said, something like this.

Unlikely...The Revo comes out next year 2006. Three years with a new Nintendo console without a propear Zelda Revo title? Very unlikely.
The Nintendo 64 was released in 1996. The first Zelda game for that OoT was released in 1998.
The Gamecube was released 2001...tWW showed up in 2003. So both events point to two years after the system is released we get Zelda. So hopefully it will be 2008 at the lastest.

And hopefully TP can keep up happy that long.

The Tingle RPG game was supposudly stated in the 199th issue of Nintendo Power, but I cannot find my copy so I have still not found the article...

GBA games? When we have DS? What's the point really? I've heard that their planning a DS game actually. But im not sure if they will realease(Spelling?) it... :|

Miyamoto leaving Zelda? Hadn't heard that before. I wonder what would happen if he left.

I actually hope the next Zelda game will be a Four Swords game for the DS. Can you imagine, playing FS with people across the world? I never really have people to play FSA with, and FS is out of the question because nobody wants to buy a cartridge they won't use.

BS zelda is just a remake of Zelda 1 with Lttp graphics . Only released in japan I think. This game already existed.

Tingle RPG has been announced for Japan, but not for the US or Europe (thank God). Another Zelda game for GBA would be very unlikely, considering a DS game has already been announced.

Yeah sure...And where did you hear that? Did he drop you a line he was leaving? Do you have any sort of offical source of where you heard that? Serouisly...Don't go saying things if you have 100% nothing to back it up.

Without Miyamoto Zelda is not Zelda.

Really? Did he make MM? No! Did he make TWW? No! Did he make TMC? No! Is he making TP? No! Aonuma is getting more and more in charge now, and personally I think he does a great job.

The last game as we know it in its present form. LA was also like that... until the Oracles were released. A new GBA Zelda would be okay, 'cause it won't be in its present form. Unless they make it 3D, which is possible with those graphics.

I think they should make a last Zelda for the GBA, a game superior to even ALttP. They did manage to fit both ALttP and FS on one cartridge, so I'm sure it's possible to make an even bigger game than ALttP with not only a bigger Overworld, but also more dungeons.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Do I have to by a freakin' new system every time a new Zelda game comes out?!?! Why can't Nintendo stay with one system and not make a new on every Three years?

I'm not really sure what will happen with the zelda game series. There has been so many zelda games so far. 13 to be precise. There could be another one. Who knows? Thats life, full of mysteries
