Can someone....

Tell if the tp horse is the same horse from oot or is a whole new horse? Also, can some give me a link to where you got it. (Fighting with someone about it)

Well DUh if it's a new Link... it's a new horse

New horse. I think it says so in the 30 minute round table discussion. But, yes, it's a totally new horse that you actually get to name yourself. Meaning, while you could call it "Epona," you could call it "GenericHorse01" or anything else. Personally, I'm probably gonna name it something unique. I kinnda hope you can name to hawk, too. Then I'd name it "Ebon," after the ship "Ebon Hawk" in Knights of the Old Republic.

They both are new. Epona looks waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay different. It may have been its great great great grandson/daughter of epona. I have a question myself, is epona a girl or boy?

I'm pretty sure Epona (in OoT) was a girl. I think Malon says "She's getting fond of you" when you first play Epona's Song.

Just wondering, what did you mean by "They both are new"?

As many have said, the horse is new. However, I definitely disagree with anyone who says that it looks much different than Epona. Had the developers not come out and clarified that the horse is new, I would've guessed the horse to be Epona. Their discernable features look almost identical. Meaning that they both have brownish coats and white mains. Nintendo was probably trying to appeal to fans of OoT and MM. If they really wanted to show that the horse was different, they maybe should've have gone with a different color scheme.

Yeah. They kind of follow the same image template. And yes, it probably will appeal the fanbase of the N64 Zeldas. Carrying on that feel sounds ideal to me, but some people think it's time to move on a little. Well, with Twilight Princess being called a spiritual sucessor to Ocarina of Time and whatnot. But going back on topic, having Epona as the horse would be quite unrealistic, considering the timeframe between the two games are decades. And horse lifespans aren't amazingly high either. Not to mention how age would effect her.

The horse is anything you want it to be. If you just so happen call it Epona Its Epona.

Good for you.

It's not Epona. You can name the horse whatever you want, and that's that.
