Ganondorf Again?

Almost every zelda game( i think) we had to always battle ganon or ganondorf in the end.
Do you think it will be the same case for TP?

I hope not, but you never know; Ganon just might appear again in the Twilight Princess.

Agreed. Though we do know Ganon(dorf) will be in TP, Ninny said that he'll play a different role. So whether or not he's the main villian remains to be seen. But I hope he's not.

Maybe he will be some kind of recluctant ally for once? Can you picture Ganon and Link fighting side by side?

maybe he is affected by the twilight too, so he had to find some way to get rid of it. Or maybe he'll just let Link do it, just to fight him afterwards.

That makes good sense. Probably the latter, though, knowing Ganon.

I think it would be a great evolution in the series to see Link and Ganon fighting towards a common goal. Think about the X-Men and The Brotherhood in X-Men 2.

well, its an old theory, though a good one. I have thought of it many times and i would love if it turned to be true!

I cant understand the beginning of the topic though since Ganon in my opinion is one of the things that make Zelda, well, Zelda. MM didnt have Ganon, hardly had zelda even, but, i never got that true epic Zelda feeling in that game. Though a got another amasing epic experiense it wasnt really Zelda. And all the other games with Vaati as main villian and so on never got that feeling either.
It seems like some of you dont even think him as a the char he is, like he is just a bi-role. This is the one everybody!
There is no boss i ever liked more than Ganon(dorf) in any game (i think) and i have almost finished all the games. I just love his style, his passion for power, his passion for his country, his passion for glory, his passion for battle, his passion for The Triforce, his pasion for... love

Plz, dont get me wrong. I truly respect your opinions, but this is just my opinion.

Maybe a rivalry between Link and Ganon? Not really against each other, but won't pass the oppurtunity to have a duel. And they could be fighting to achieve the same thing, yet only one can have it.

I don't mind ganondorf, not just ganon, because he seems more like a real person than Vati or Ganon. He seems more like someone who chose this way, and that he wasn't necessarily made evil. And a human type thing is better than a giant pig. A new villan WOULD be nice, however, but I don't think Ganon will help link. Ganon(dorf) is more serious than bowser.

I like this. There could be something in the Twilight Realm that both want (Triforce perhaps? or something else...). Something of great power anyway. Since this is a new Link, he may not know that Ganondorf is evil, and they may form an alliance at the beginning, with Ganondorf decieving Link. In the middle of the game Link learns the truth - you have a boss battle where they duel then part ways, only to meet up again at the final hour racing to obtain the powerful object (whatever it may be).

i hope ganon/ganondorf will be in the game, and when princess zelda is in the game you can be sure ganon/ganondorf will be
and don't let him work together with link, its nice to think about the fact that this is a new link and he wont know it, BUT WE WILL!!!

and who else than ganon/ganondorf can be so stupid to take the triforce while everyone knows the legendary hero of years ago and the of more years ago, only ganon/ganondorf will be so stupid cause its his destiny

but this all is just my opinion offcourse

My guess is that he is not the main antagonist. Or perhaps he is being used by a force greater than himself? Whatever it is, I hope it's something original, or at least not overused. Heaven forbid he kills another Deku Tree.

Take a look at tWW for a moment. In the end, Ganondorf has clearly been expecting Link, even looking forward to his appearance. The rivalry between them is eternal. They can never be parted for too long before a battle is sure to ensue. Besides, what would the Legend of Zelda be without Ganondorf? He is the personification of evil as defined by the world of Zelda, and has taken numerous forms over the past 2.5 decades. I hope we get to see another climactic final battle such as the one portrayed in OoT sometime in the future.

Imagine the enormous monstrosity that is Ganon, wielding dual blades, stomping powerfully toward you as his calves ripple with raw strength. His eyes glow a demonic red, striking fear into your heart and sending a chill down your spine. All of Hyrule has been rendered a burning wasteland, and its people have fled to one of the neighboring villages. The sky is dark and a thunderstorm forms ominously above. Flames leap out of the dry, cracked ground, enshrining what must become the arena in which you shall combat the evil wizard who has destroyed your home. Zelda stands nearby, nocking an arrow in her bow and enchanting it with a holy light. The sight of her raises your spirits, and you feel the Triforce of Courage beat proudly in your chest. I think it's been confirmed that GanonDORF will be in TP, but I don't think it's been officially confirmed. By the way, how the hell do you guys make such brilliant signatures, because mine sucks!

Has anyone thought that maybe Ganondorf (human) appears in Hyrule and Ganon (pig-thingy) appears in the Twilight Realm? Would that not make some sort of sense? If I were a developer on this game that's what I would do.
