Voice Acting???

Is there voice acting in TP???...this question is constantly posted up the answer is NOO!!! and there shouldnt be voice acting because Link speaks Hylain the signs are in Hylain it would kill the feeling of Zelda if there would be voice acting i loved how in WW they had the ancient creatures speaking ancient Hylain so i wonder in WW is it a different variation of Hylain or is it English? anyways there isnt voice acting and never should be in a Zelda game. Plz respond
