What is the thing on Minda's head, and what is the symbol on wolf Link?

I know lots of people are confused as to what Minda is supposed to be. Some people think she is a key, others think she is a weapon. And about wolf Link, what the heck is that symbol on his head!? I swear I've seen it before. Someone help me with what these things are!

I agree with you, they seem familiar to me...I'm not sure what Minda is...I thought she was Zelda transformed at first, but I doubt it now...I wonder..

If you look at the end of the newest Twilight trailer, when it tells the name of the game, you can see the shape of Minda's head thing, but with another part under it. It really looks like a key.

Really? (looks at my dvd of the preview)...You're right...maybe she helps you when you are a human too? I do know her hat helps you out...

Minda is evil. That's been said many times. But why he turns into a wolf? The only explaination I have is because he cant survive in the Twilight, so something turns him into a wolf so he can survive in it.

Well...I think the threads are just going to keep coming and coming...I don't think anyone can stop it...lol. Ah well. A lot of people have posted on this since I last left it. I have seen lots of boards like this, it does get a little annoying, but...

let me ask you something. Did you see that zelda has a tiara on her head? did you wonder why? i didnt? thats because it hasnt anything to do with the progress of the game. Did it cross your mind that maybe the helmet isnt important?

Yes. I have thought of that as well. I just like to anylize every possibility of the plot. lol..guess I'm a little picky. P.S. Sorry about the spelling mistake, I didn't notice...

What about the symbol on the Goron's head?

Just to clarify so this thread will hopefully be locked, the part under the "helmet" (I'll call it a helmet just for argument's sake) is her body. There was a thread a while back in which I helped edit out the wolf and THE LEGEND OF ZELDA, and it turned out to be Midna. I wish I still had that image.

If you don't know Zelda, you shouldn't be here! If you remember ALTTP, you'll know that when Link goes into the Dark World (in TP, it's the Twilight) that he turns into an animal that his personality is most like. In ALTTP, it is the rabbit. In TP, it is the wolf. And same goes for Midna is my guess, but what do I know?

Maybe he turns into a wolf because humans have to many complex thoughts and emotions and somehow that would not work in the twilight. If Link acts like an animal in the twilight he cannot go about saving Hyrule so maybe he needs Midna to keep his human thoughts and emotions, such as desiding between right and wrong. That way he can continue saving Hyrule, if he can't choose between right and wrong as an animal he can't save Hyrule.
Here's a therory, perhaps Midna is helping Link because she doesn't want any more humans entering the twilight, becoming animals, and upsetting any balance that may exist there. Just a theory.....

Have you ever played The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past? Remember how the Link in that game turns into a rabbit when you first go to the Dark World? I think the concept is pretty much the same here. (Except that there's no Moon Pearl to change you back/keep you from changing)
