Is that just an E3 thing they use to let the fans having a go pick what part of the game they want to try or will the game actually be split up in to levels?

That was not an E3 thing, that was a
demo thing. If you watch the thirty minutes of gameplay footage from IGN (which is no longer available only to Insiders) you'll see an example of this system. You can choose to play either a dungeon, a mounted battle, goof off in town, or fight the first boss. ...I'm assuming it's the
first boss, seeing as how it's the Forest Temple.

Seperating games into levels takes away the feel of adventure because you dont get to experience eveything smoothly. also it can easily take away freedom.
As for tp it looked like it was split into levels because they were all seperate demos.

Wait, you thought
FSA sucked? Why? I thought it accomplished its purpose rather well. They weren't supposed to be the hardcore Zelda that we're all used to. It was supposed to be a subsidiary in which fans could live out their dreams of massacreing one another with their legendary swords and bombs and arrows, or just working together to complete a dungeon. No one should purchase a game that is clearly different from its predecessors and expect to experience traditional Zelda. That's just foolish. The
FS series was intended specifically for people who wanted to try out a mini-gameish multiplayer Zelda.
In fact, I suggest you never play the single-player mode.
FSA fails dramatically when it comes to single-player, I'll give you that much. But its shining moments really exploded when it comes to the multiplayer. Have four people in the Fire Temple dungeon, and one of them is bound to do something stupid. Another player smacks him reprimandingly, and all of a sudden we have a melee.
