Re: Email to nintendo reveals the preorder bonus

lol ummm wow.... I really see no reason to pre-order now... If its a playable demo.... you will be able to play it yay...

But when you get the full game you will have to play all thru to where you were in the demo.... kinda pointless

from what (im assuming most of us) we saw on/in the videos of the demo at E3, it seems to be just like tWW demo, you pick where to play at, and it gives you a certain time at which you start. Like the tp, im guessing, forest temple. They never showed how to get there, or even if the player could get there, the player was simply there.

so i think the demo wouldnt be pointless, it would just show us how the game will be and when we get the real/final/finished game we will be able to see all the stuff that happens before the temple, or the mounted fight.

blah blah blah lol i hope i made sense

Re: Email to nintendo reveals the preorder bonus

they should do a more updated zelda collectors where majoras mask doesnt crash or have like a master quest version of majoras mask like they did with OOT.These could be part of the freebies when you pre order TP

But then, I thought the Skull Kid pic was fake, so what do I know. A demo wouldn't be half bad.

Re: Email to nintendo reveals the preorder bonus

Oh, you get the demo before the game? That is an okay gift, but maybe a demo of the first Revolution Zelda would be fun, at least for me.

I am not so interested in the tin.....I care about what's in the tin. I would be so happy if I opened it up and got translated mangas and a Ruto plushie! ^_^ But really I am just expecting a box with the game's logo on it, nothing fancy, and certainly no Saria dolls. ¬_¬

Yea I think so too, not too realiable information exactly. I'll pre-order it anyway, so I don't need to shell out the cash in november ^_^, considering that I will be purchasing a cordless controller just for this game.

Anyway, I don't see the point of getting the demo of the game as a bonus. I've seen the videos of the demo, now I just want the game. A good bonus would be a new collector's edition with perhaps ALttP (normal + remake), LA (normal + DX) and possibly OoT:MQ. Heck, why not put the two oracle games in it as well

Mmmm. I thought the Oracles were awesome, but they got released in the dying days of the GBC, and hardly anyone noticed them. Now they just languish in the bargain bin.

Re: Email to nintendo reveals the preorder bonus

That's a fake e-mail, unless it was re-typed or something. Why else would the bit at the start, the reply e-mail and the original not contain spaces after full stops?

Case closed again, I think.

I'm getting the vibe that you liked Ruto. Why? She was an ***hole. I don't care if she was nude (and actually, that fact was a little disturbing). Yes, I know that Zora do not have any visible ... ahem... organs to speak of, but it was still an awkward moment. You know, seeing as how my Mom was looking at the screen at that particular moment. Whoops!

How do you figure that? Despite the fact that the only few ways you could have found this out leave no room for gray, I still hope you're wrong. Although it does go along with what GameStop told me. I called in asking if it would be possible to purchase a copy of the playable demo, but the manager told me that the only copies that he knew of were at E3 '05. That means that those may be the only copies in existence. I wonder what Nintendo will do with them once they are obsolete... I hope they don't throw them away, that would be terribly wasteful.

Re: Email to nintendo reveals the preorder bonus

Why would someone go to the trouble of faking an email?
If he/she left an email address to ask for yourself if there will be a pre-order bonus, why don't you find out for yourself?
No-one seems to believe anything that anyone says about the Twilight Princess on this forum. Ok, so you don't know if you can trust that person, but there is a limited amount of info about this game, why don't you just embrace new things you hear?

Re: Email to nintendo reveals the preorder bonus

It's an automated message, some random tech support guy probably typed it in 30 seconds on his coffee break. Mr. Underqualified-to-Use-a-Phone doesn't need to write Hamlet to work at Nintendo.

Re: Email to nintendo reveals the preorder bonus

^the guy already said it was fake though, the guy who posted the email in the first place. he said his brother got on his ign account and from there probably modified an existing email to come up with this one. i emailed them tho so we'll see what happens.

Just to clarify, correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is what you say is happening:
A guy posted this on an IGN message board as a genuine e-mail, but in reality it was his brother who had stolen his password, modified an existing e-mail, and posted it.

Well, I don't believe that it was his brother, far too many people have mysterious brothers that appear only when they are in trouble. As for the rest of it, it wouldn't be hard to make a genuine-looking e-mail etc. so it probably was faked.

Even so, I'm just saying just because something has typos doesn't mean it's not from Nintendo.
