Re: Offical?

Looks pretty kosher to me, although I think the sword design might reveal it as fool's gold. It doesn't look like the one from the trailer.

Re: Offical?

I think we should wait for Nintendo to release official news. This may be real, but I doubt it.

It looks fake but...not. I don't know what it is, but I can't decide. It's like I want to say it's fake, but somethings telling me to not think that immediately, perhaps it's just me, dying for some news on Zelda 05?

On the E³ 2004 introduced Zelda for office has now a name: "The putting OF Zelda: The Reins OF Sorrow ".

Many fans were astonished by the first pictures however it were apparent no coincidence that left nearly in each case to horse one illustrated. Because according to Nintendo an important Item from the Gameplay gave its name to the play. "The Reins OF Sorrow" meant translates "zuegel of the pain". That points on the fact that the horse plays this time a very important role.
In addition Nintendo suggested some further important details. So left the ability is to possess, into different animals to transform (so far only of the wolf and of the eagle one spoke). Many fans thought with the many horse pictures naturally immediately of Epona, however Nintendo with the publication of the genuine name of the horse, cleared Poseidon , such Umstrittigkeiten up.

To infer, the play, to the joy of many, will ziehmlich darkly fail the title.
We look forward now already to the beautifully arranged Hyrule...

[ further follows soon... ]
I also noticed how the 'The' in the title goes over the sword making it near invisible. That just doesn't seem right now does it?

Re: Offical?

In today's world, when games can be stolen and put on the internet before they even come out, who KNOWS. It might, might not be, we'll need to wait then.

I agree, we have been waiting for some type of info on Zelda '05 that it is making us start to beleave everything we see or hear about Zelda '05 (even if it isnt released from Nintendo) I think that has been Nintendo's plan all along...

Re: Offical?

it is probably fake, looks awesome but it is probably just something that someone who is skilled with Photoshop made. and would an official Nintendo person really put those words there? I think he/she(official nintendo person) would most likely put something there that gave a little more than what the trailer gave: something that pertained to the reins of sorrow.

Re: Offical?

Well it just looks like a random photo of a forest with the logo put over and filtered to be gold, but it may be real after all. Nintendo does want to stress that this is a realistic game after all and might have decided to actually use real pictures to show just how real it is... Just a thought..

The German text says, through google translator:

Yup, I noticed that also when looking for "flaws".

If Nintendo wanted to show that Zelda2005 had realistic graphics, they'd problably use "Photoshopped" (Adobe will sue me now) screenshots of in-game graphics. That's what I think.

The poster is pretty though. I like it, even though I believe it's a fake.

This is also a give-away. Nintendo would probably hire someone with the proper writing skills to make such a poster.

Re: Offical?

It is fake. I have no proof, but I assure you, it is fake.

First, look at the background - it's just a picture of a forest. it's not art, it's not the game engine, it's just a photo.

Second, look at the sword. It's obvious that they tried to make it be the Master Sword - look at the shape of the blade, the way it starts opff skinny and then becomes wider, and the engraving. But the hilt is obviously not that of the Master Sword.

And why is it in the shape of a movie poster? That certainly makes no sense.

I don't think it's likely that they'd use the same lines they use din that trailor.

The bottom of these things usually have very small, almost unnoticable copyright statements or something. Nothing like that here.

The "TM" after the subtitle is further to the right of the text then they usually are, and it's larger too.

Notice how they just use a plain font throughout the whole thing.

Finally, just look at that! Take a few pictures, a few Photoshop filters, and I could make something just like it in five minutes.

Though it's a good pic, it looks just pasted together and coated. I'll wait for official conformation for now.

Re: Offical?

id like to believe it is , but i cant. there is nothing on nintendo's site about :
a. a title
b. a release date
nor are either of those on any other RELIABLE web site. This is simply from someone's photo abulm on photobuckets. Besides the word 'the' is too hard to see and i dont think, were it official, would the last line have three dots after a question mark as that is grammatically incorrect.

Re: Offical?

Yeah I agree with everybody else, this deffinentally looks fake to me. The thing that made me think it was a fake was 2 things: The background (it looks like a real picture. Not a screenshot nor an official art drawing) and the sword (look at where the blade and hilt meet. Something's telling me those two are completely off). I'm just going to wait until Nintendo gives us something. I've been seeing a whole lot of fake Zelda'05 posters and I've sorta given up. I'm just going to wait until E3 comes. Since this is a game that's already been talked about so much in the net, I think it would be a wise choice for Nintendo to not give away the title, nor any posters until E3 comes along. As for new screenshots, I hope they'll send some our way.
