Question Aonuma hints at next game in Hyrule Hystoria

Those who haven't seen it yet check the homapage

"The long sailing time of creating Skyward Sword, a game to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Zelda series, has just come to an end. The voices of those who’ve played it from around the world reach us. We hear their admiration comments, and their criticism too. All those voices become energy for the next voyage. Well, to tell the truth, we’ve already set sail in a new voyage.”

What I notice here is that he's using the verb "sailing" twice, as well as "voyage".

Is this a mistranslation or not? (Glitterberi?)
If not then this could be a major hint!!
Your thoughts?

PS: A big thank you to all the fanbase that worked and is still working on translating the Hyrule Hystoria!!

I think it just means that they are working on the next big Zelda game.

Now, making an epic Zelda takes time, if we're lucky, we might see the beta pictures in E3 2013.

I thought ST marked the end of the boat era? I kind of want more realistic Link.

Sprit Tracks wasn't in the boat era. It had cel shaded graphics but didn't have boats or pirates or anything like the Wind Waker games had.

And I want the next console game to feature some upgraded versions of OOT3D's graphics. They were absolutely beautiful and perfectly blended dark and realistic, with zelda charm and brightness.

Re: Aonuma hints at next game in Hyrule Hystoria

^ There were pirates all over ST's ocean realm. They were Evil monsters, but still called pirates.
But that's my point ST closed Story gap of having games in PH's WW's Great Sea

I think ST it's the final game in AT.
as AoL is the final game in DT.

but, there can still be a continuation in the CT.

Re: Aonuma hints at next game in Hyrule Hystoria

I think it would be nice if they scooted away from the Wind Waker style. Don't get me wrong, they are from all that I've heard very good games, but the artistic style always did grate on me for some reason. I'm not sure why.

Part of me wants to see the Loftwings come back, but the popular opinion seems to be "skyfield sucks." Besides that, I can't really envision a way in which they could do this after wrapping up their loose ends with Skyward Sword.

Seeing Epona return would be nice, though; and I agree, a more realistic Zelda would be great to see. I personally found Twilight Princess very enjoyable.

It's a translation, no? It could have many different meanings.

What's wrong with a game that uses sailing and has a realistic art style?

Re: Aonuma hints at next game in Hyrule Hystoria

Please... please don't use sailing as the main concept of travelling again in a Zelda game.

...Well, if they do it right this time without me making coffee and lunch between the time of sailing between islands in WW, then I guess I would be fine with it.

I would like to see a new art style as well.

OMG, another sailing game = pure win. But I don't think this means there will be sailing in the next Zelda, though it is possible.

Re: Aonuma hints at next game in Hyrule Hystoria

He didn't mean it literally, it was just a metaphore, they're ready to set sail into a new voyage.... meaning ready to make a new Zelda.

I know.

I was kidding. I know that they won't go back to something like WW or anything. :p

Re: Aonuma hints at next game in Hyrule Hystoria

Aonuma was referring to the entire Zelda series as a whole. If all of those were "voyages" in this metaphor, why is it that little of them actually involved sailing? People are just interpreting this metaphors too much.

I honestly think that Doctor You who wrote the article for Aounuma's supposed "hint" just grasped at straws for the sake of producing something new.

Re: Aonuma hints at next game in Hyrule Hystoria

Sailing doesn't bother me as long as there are two major things.
1. Many important islands, not all these useless ones.
2. A way to transport around much faster. Give us many warps and early in the game and I'll shut up.
