Ganon?!?

Okay, I gotta ask. Does anyone else think this looks like Ganon?

I think it may be some sort of fire Ganon thing. (Note the tusk things) Like phantom Ganon. Of course, it could just be Ganon reincarnated, or I could just be getting my hopes up It sure looks kick ass, whatever it is.

Thoughts please.

To be honest, I don't think they would show a screenshot of Ganon. I always thought that was just a boss for one of the temples or something, I'm pretty sure that isn't Ganon, although there is a slight resemblance.

hmm... I agree, there's no way on earth they'd show Ganon in early screenshots. Besides, I don't think they'd make him have a bi *****ing chain as a weapon.

I agree, perhaps it was rather foolish of me. I know they wouldn't release a screenshot of Ganon...but it looks darn like him...the tusks...the bandaged arms...

That's in the trailor. So there is no way that's Ganon. the only main character they've ever shown in trailers is Link. and because it's in the trailor, it's not a leaked pic.

and where are the tusks? I don't see any. And since when does Gdork have bandaged arms?

Hmm, first time I saw that big monster I thought it was Ganon, though I doubt they would show Ganon in the first trailer, if any trailer at all.

No, that thing is on fire and uses a chain weapon not usually wielded by Ganon (he prefers giant energy balls when he's not using a bladed weapon )

They wouldn't show Ganon so early on anyways. :confused:

I actually hope it's just a regular enemy, but not so common, y'know what I mean? 'Cause that dude looks like a blast to fight.

No, It's one of the game frickin sweet looking bosses. They wouldn't show Ganon just yet, they'll probably wait a few more months and spill some of the beans. I can't wait for it! ^^

Looks like a bear to me... look at the face. I guess the point's been made that that's not Ganon. Looks like a fire dungeon boss or miniboss to me. He also looks angry.

You know, the more I look at that picture, the more it looks like Link's wearing a fanny pack.

One Oracle of Seasons/Ages starts in the timeline Ganon uses the pig form, but before that he either did his dirty work as a the humanoid form or with the monster from the end of Ocarina of Time.

That thing looks like a very cool boss, it looks fun to fight, but lets not get our hopes up, the game is still in it's very early stage, many things we will see around now probibly might not make it into the game, this boss might be one. Remember ocarina of Time, so much was left out (go to Zeldapower.com and look at the Zelda Unseen part of Ocarina of Time to see what i'm talking about)

I don't think they would put a picture/movie up of Ganon. That would kinda spoil the game.

I think it could be something like puppet or Phantom Ganon, but like
everyone said I don't think we'd get to see the real Ganon so early.

lol, only that picture is showing Link destroying Ganon, the new picture suggests that the beast was already on fire when Link got there...

I agree if Ganon was featured in the game which is a highly asked question I dought that Nintendo would release a picture of Ganon untill the game is actually out (Nintendo loves to surpise us) so it is more than likely a boss of some fire temple/dungeon or perhaps a mini-boss (I would love if that was a mini-boss, just imagine if that were the mini-boss how bad ass the real boss of the dungeon would be) and I dont think there is really an resemblence between that and Ganon.

Some of the screens we've already seen hint at a fire dungeon. My guess is this is the boss.
After all, they showed off Ghoma in TWW.
Ganon would not be revealed this early if he is in the game at all.
In OoT Ganon resembled the LotR Balrog very closely (curved horns, glowing eyes, hooves, tail, general body structure) minus the fire and wings. This boss has the firey skin, eyes, nose, similar body structure, which could be why he resembles Ganon.
I highly doubt this is him.
