In Zelda '05, I hope enemies don't die with puffs of smoke, but I don't want any gore overblown. And character deaths would be a good thing (in terms of dramatic storytelling).

Yeah, there's always been blood in
OoT and
MM. I don't mind it much, especially since it's just a few blue or green circles. But in
MM, in the Honey and Darling game with arrows, if you hit them with an arrow, there is blue blood and they say things like "Ow, that hurt!!" I imagine it does. I don't think they could get away with that in Z'05, though. If they're going to put blood, they ought to do it realistic, though I'd prefer no blood.
