Interview with Anonuma(SP) and Zelda announced officailly for DS

Here is the interview; It discusses Anouma's intrests in gaming, his past projects, and more.

From:Click
Here is the good stuff. A Zelda title announced in a small talk interview! :p

GameSpy: How many Link games are under way right now?
Aonuma: Three. We have a Game Boy Advance Zelda, a DS Zelda, and this GameCube one.
GameSpy: The DS game has not been announced.
Aonuma: That is correct. It is something for the future.
GameSpy: Does it have a title?
Aonuma: There is no name yet. We don't even have a name for this one (the adult Link) yet.

Thats all to report. Discuss.

We've known it's a possibility for a long while know

Though it is good to have it seem as though they are at least workign on it already. That it isn't just an idea they are throwing around.

Re: Interview with Anonuma(SP) and Zelda announced officailly for DS

First off, thanks for finding that information. Secondly, I'd be suprised if they didn't. They have made on for all of the consoles (pretty much, not for virtual boy) so far so why stop the tradition? Maybe it'll be honored as a 20th aniversery game! Interesting article if they hadn't sad that as well.

I'm just hoping it won't be another launch title, There's too many good ones! I doubt it will be anyway.

That is by no means an official announcement. A confirmation, yes, but not an official announcement of any kind.

I'll get a DS only when there's a Zelda game for it.

Why do you want your first experience with TP to be a mirrored one?
The GC version is superior overall - admit it.
