NEW Official Spirit Track Analyzing Thread

Well, while there may be a necessary receptacle for the Tears of Light (although I doubt it), I'm pretty sure that the silver triangle does not serve that purpose. I think it has something to do with the Spirit Tower.

Considering the tracks themselves seem to be laid upon interlocking triangles, I'm inclined to agree with you. I'm just prone to finding defenses.

Well some people said earlier that she could be Tetra because of the hair style similarities, but maybe Tetra's style influenced the natives when they arrived there or something...

As you can see from the last picture, Niko is back! So maybe this does lead some sort of proof that Anjean = Tetra (but it just leads the question of why would she leave the confines of the castle/being a princess).

I should also point out that in the first page we see Link fighting off what seems to be two Wolfos in a snowy area. Can anybody say Ice Dungeon?

Crazy thought, but if Tetra and Niko are still alive, who's to say that Linebeck and possibly even the Hero of Winds are still around! Hey if we can have two heroes of Hyrule in TP, why not have two heroes in ST? It would be awesome to see what Link looks like an an old man (let's hope he still has his hair). And this would sorta heighten the immortality rate for Hylian and Gerudos since they are capable of living for over a hundred years (well we humans can too, but when it comes to fantasy races, I'm sure their immortality rate is higher).

Does anyone here know how to read these scans?

Slightly off topic, but I bet it'd hurt giving birth to a Lokomo.

With Niko surviving, i think we will get to hear the entire story between PH and ST. I hope he tells it to us in cut-outs like PH

I feel like he does. I was looking at the scans, and you can see a cut out thing by Niko.



Kinda looks like the last picture in the story involves the Spirits and the Tower being all happy and in harmony. Of course, I can barely see it, but still.

And according to someone on Neogaf who apparently translated some of the scans, Link lives with Niko, so it's possible that the scene in those two pictures is right after the backstory has been told.

I just cant wait till it comes out!!! I resvered it so i think im getting tose statues

That's actually really interesting.

I didn't hate this game when it was announced, but the depth shown already is really surprising.

Going by that little flag you have, I take it you live in the U.S., no? Well I've got some bad news for you buddy, Europe is getting those two little Link & Phantom Zelda statues, Japan is getting a feather stylus (in a green rupee case), while us yanks are getting diddly squat (for the time being).

But fret not, this isn't the only way you can get those figurines. Awhile back, Japan made Phantom Hourglass figurines, and comparing the Phantom & Link with the ones of the ST Pre-order, you really can't tell a difference.

Anything is probable. However, if tWW Link & Tetra had children together, then that would mean ST Link and Zelda are also related.

It could very well be a boss, or just some sort of train enemy.

It reminds me of Calcifer from Howl's Moving Castle. Or maybe it just reminds me of that movie in general. Either way, I dubbed it as my favourite piece of Zelda artwork, and I don't really care what it is in the game, because it looks kick ass!

It could very well be a boss, or just some sort of train enemy.

Supposibly its a bomb train. Link will encounter them on the tracks and must avoid coming to close or they'll blow up.

I'd prefer it if were a psychotic demon furnace that carries the souls of the minions of hell, and when you see it on the map it'd be behind you with an almost thriller-like steam horn.
